Very disappointed! We were here last year for my parents anniversary and were thrilled. At my father's request we made reservations for his birthday last Saturday for 5:15pm. We didn't get our food until right around 7pm! The ambiance, in comparison to last year was also disappointing. Not sure why they moved upstairs but just not what we were expecting.The food was ok but definitely not worth the price. Everything is Ala cart, which is fine, however, given the exorbitant wait and over all taste, certainly not worth it.The waitress apologized numerous times, which was appreciated. However, zero compensation was offered, we were even charged for the basket of bread and butter we ordered due to the delay. Not even a happy birthday cracker. We live locally, but we won't be going back.?

No one to be found as we wandered from the parking lot through the buildings into finally what seemed to be the dining area. No one greeted us as we had to find someone to ask where to go for our reservation. Sat us near the bathrooms and near a TV cycling through advertisements of the establishment. 81f inside according to my phone, whole party was sweating making it very awkward the entire meal. Ordered the Salmon and many sides, good, but prices far from match the quality or quantity of the dishes. An unfortunately common story for places that act as venues as use their fame to boost their non-event related prices. The wooden chairs on stone tiles screamed as you may adjust your seat. Getting up as a group was a cringe worthy cacophony of horrid wooden scrapes. We were only given 5 pieces of the arancini for the table of 6. There is no consideration for personalized experience. Halfways through the meal they opened a door behind us to bring another party to dine outside and let in half a dozen flies. We could not swipe them away fast enough to keep from ruining the food and experience. Shame.

Make sure to visit Gold Leaf Bistro at Ironstone Vineyards in Murphys. We can’t help eat every bite or our meal. The food and atmosphere is wonderful. Samantha was superb. Definitely add a dessert!!

While visiting Angels camp in Murphy's for the New Year's weekend, we went to ironstone Gold leaf bistro for New Year's Eve dinner. It was fantastic! the food, the ambiance,the feeling of being with people who cared was all five star! the best part of it all, was our hostess Lisette. she made everything better, her friendliness, her personableness, her knowledge of what was going on with our food and the food itself thank you for her and that wonder-filled meal!!

Went here after the tour and tasting. Was starving so we decided to eat in the bistro. Pro tip: they require reservations in advance, but we got lucky and was helped to reserve the spot just right before we went there. Service: their staff were really nice and friendly. They actually take time to get to know you and your preferences. Ambience: it's really nice and comforting. There might be a little bit of old-wood odor (I don't know what its called) but the place itself was clean and nice. They gave us a window seat which is great too. Food: was great! After all those wines.. lol. The only downside was the vegetables could be cooked a little bit more to my preference.. but all in all it's good food. Worth to try after a day in the winery!

The venue is gorgeous! That's probably the biggest reason we keep coming back. This was our fourth or fifth time eating at Gold Leaf. The crazy part is that you never know what you're going to get. The quality ebbs and flows. I attribute all of this to the pandemic and them constantly having to shift their structure and employees. I hate to say it, but last night's dinner wasn't up to their past dinners. Everything lacked seasoning. I got the cheese ravioli and that was probably the best dish of the night. My son got the duck breast and it was ok. It was served with gnocchi, which were tasty. The asparagus and carrot on the side were steamed and lacked seasoning. I adore asparagus but couldn't eat more than one spear. My husband had the swordfish special. Again, underwhelming and accompanied by the steamed asparagus. My other son had the cheeseburger and fries which were pretty good. The quality of the food wasn't as high as the menu prices. I will be back but I'm going to give them another 6 months and hope some changes are made during that time. I know great meals can be had here, just not right now.

Pleasantly surprised at our awesome meal. Vineyard is beyond amazing. Had to try their new dinner service. Quality, taste and portions were amazing. Definitely on our list of places to eat while in Murphys area

We took my mom here for her birthday. The surrounding area, as you enter the restaurant, ha so many interesting things to look at. Very pretty surrounding s. The service was great, staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The food was excellent! Very flavorful!! We would all definitely come again. I would recommend making reservations.
Just reopened I was very excited to see they were open again.We loved their tapas nights. The restaurant is just as good.We kind of made our own tapas meal we ordered the clam chowder 4 appetizers and wedge salad the clam chowder is a little different than most but great the clams and potatoes are very tender but the celery is a little crunchy great flavor. The calamari was crisp on the outside and tender on the inside with a nice sauce the hamachi was melt in your mouth in a nice sauce.shrimp cocktail was average but the star of the show was the caviar app and that is because of the chips they were the best chips I have ever had could be served with any sauce and would be great.Our server Samantha was great friendly and just attentive enough there when you needed her but not intrusive will always try to sit at her table.We wil be back soon!

Such a wonderful dinner last night at the new Ironstone Bistro. The menu was fantastic, we had apps, salad and the best creme brûlée while sitting outside on the beautiful patio. Might go back tonight, I hear they will have live music. This is now the best food in Murphys.

The food, location and the service are amazing. Everything we had here was really good. Much better than good. The pizza and Burger was amazing. They should add fish in chips to the menu. I can't wait to go back and try more things.

This is such a gorgeous winery. The flowers and their gardens will fill your heart with joy. We made a last minute reservation and were late for wine tasting. The lady on phone was super helpful in recommending what we should do. We had lunch at the Bistro and ordered a flight of red wine and white wine. This was the best way to taste some of their best wines. Lunch portions are just right. Their stake and hummus flatbread were the best dishes of all. The salad was so so. Kids had a good time exploring the property while the adults enjoyed a leisurely lunch. The service was quick and our server was super nice. We cannot wait to go back!
