I came in tonight to buy a cake. It was so busy yet the shop was very clean. I was helped by Julie and I asked to buy a cake. I realized I forgot my son’s carrier and was trying to figure out how I was going to balance my baby and the cake without it dropping. Before I checked out Julie offered to walk me to my car to help. I appreciated that so much. We will be back soon.

Nice staff. Great ice cream. I prefer Baskin Robbins over other places. Everywhere else has ice cream that's more like soft serve with different color dyes, while BR is real ice cream.

I give this location a 1 star but if I could give this establishment a 0 star I would. The service here is terrible you're not acknowledged when you enter. The employees are on their phones and having side conversations. Ice cream was ok.

There have a great selection of flavors. The customer service is also excellent. This location is also attached to a Duncan Doughnut which is double trouble. Try the wild and reckless sherbet for a refreshing flavor or the jamocha almond fudge.

1/7/23 - Vegan ice cream not in stock. Customer service over the phone was good enough, answered the question concisely despite my dismay with the answer. Perhaps I'll try again in the future, perhaps not; depends how Cold Stone does with their vegan offerings, and if other options arise among the local competition.

Terrible. Purchased a "monster" decorated ice-cream cake for my husband's bday party on Saturday, 10/30/2022. Paid $42 with a $5 tip. Stale cake, very little oreo cookie ice cream, and the frosting tasted awful...no flavor, not sweet like frosting should be. And a few hours after eating it everyone had gastric issues running to the bathroom. Called and explained to the young woman what happened and left a message for the manager/owner to please call me. Never heard back. STAY AWAY from this particular BR ice cream location.

FILTHY AND DISGUSTING! Employees are rude. Tables are covered in sticky chocolate. The employees don't tell you when your item is done. So it's sits on the counter for god knows how long. This place is gross. Find somewhere else to get ice cream. Both of the children working tonight need a lesson in customer service and general cleanliness.
