Worst customer service ever, ordered food and fruit drink for a to go order, drink was made incorrectly, miscommunication on what I wanted and when I tried to get a different drink or refund upon arriving Melia was completely rude and even saying the manager would never give a refund. $60 for food and treated the worst way for a simple mistake,

New to the state and this area and did not quite understand the menu and made an honest mistake with my order. The store was not accommodating at all and I really think the girl at the front needs to go reevaluate her life decisions because she was very rude. With that said, first time and last time customer.

Came in and enjoyed a combo to split with my husband and we both left full. The Katsu chicken and bbq chicken were both juicy and pretty good flavor. The cashier gave us some extra sauces, which was helpful to start. Place is very clean and has some comfortable seating. Really enjoyed our meal and will definitely go back.

Nothing but good things to say about big island. I frequent them quite a bit and their food has always been *chefs kiss*. The chicken katsu plate is my go to, the mac n cheese is the best I've ever tasted. Portions are HUGE, you'll definitely have leftovers for later and the prices aren't bad at all. The plate is enough for 2 meals. Drinks are bomb too! I recommend the tropical tea. Oh also the spam musubi!!!! SO GOOD

I wish I had a picture of the shredded pork over green cabbage with extra macaroni salad, omg this is my dish. This is the only dish I've ate here ? it's to good to try anything else, but ive seen other dishes and everything smells and looks great!
This was the first time I tried this place and I'm really impressed. I got the loco moco and the shredded pork dish. Both were huge, value for the money and tasted delicious! I will definitely be back again!
