Loved this place til the tall butch ahh lady came and had an attitude with me over asking for one simple request to add lettuce since the app didn’t let me do it. I pressed order while I rolled up to the window as to give them the heads up about the lettuce before it was made, and she was acting like it was done for a hour already. Fix ur app, Carls, so that your workers don’t have to rudely act like I ruined her whole day over a simple request. I can say pretty confidently that I will not be returning until to this location until she’s gone as there are so many other options in the area.

Was greeted at the door, Nice gentleman took my order and helped get us a couple of chocolate chip cookies for dessert! Seemed slow the day we went in early afternoon. Overall good food for a reasonable price and great service. Very clean floor and tables.

I tried this Carl Jr.'s located on California Oaks Rd. Murrieta. On the Carl's Jr. App you can get a free Western bacon cheeseburger with any purchase. I went inside to pick up the order, and no one at the front counter to help me. I saw 3 workers in the kitchen and 1 at the drive-thru. I waited for about 5 to 8 minutes before I was helped. There was no apology, just my food given and soda. It seemed like the drive-thru was their priority. I overall give this place 3 stars. The burger tasted good ?.
