Daniel, who I believe is the manager is always extremely friendly and he clearly takes pride in his job. I really appreciate his attention to detail and he just goes above and beyond for customers. He seems like a great role model for the younger staff too and sets the bar high with his dedication and effort. This Carl’s Jr is always spot on!! Keep up the good work guys!!Vegetarian options: The beyond burger from Carl’s Jr is my personal favorite out of any chain ever since they starting making something more “meat” like. It is way better than the impossible burger imo, I grew up on the 99cent whopper which I always said that was my favorite burger as a kid and this is the closest thing to that. The first time I had it at cj’s I really thought it was meat. Very very good and satisfying

I’m not a fast food person, but I really enjoyed the Char chili burger. Unfortunately they took it off the menu which made me very sad!!I called the Carl’s Jr on Scott road in Murrieta, the manager (Britney) was extremely helpful and very professional. Other Managers should take lessons from her on how to treat customers.

This is the 3rd time I have been at this location and the food has never been.. good. Im setting in the parking lot now because i had to wait for my chicken santa fe wraps and they were gross. I didnt even get any sauce. The last 2 times I was here I ordered a double western cheese burger and a santa fe chicken sandwich. I threw up for 2 days after both visits. Im sure i wont be good for the next 2 days.

I order the charbroil chicken wraps... I was expecting a good size wrap! I got a sloppy wrapped up baby burrito! MCDONALD'S! Breakfast burritos are that small but well wrapped up! Very disappointed with the wraps I got! !

Just got drive-thru and was served a RAW CHICKEN BREAST in my Sante Fe Chicken Sandwich. It was bare cooked enough to not be pink. HELLO FOOD BORN ILLNESS! Ill be calling corporate and the Health Department tomorrow.

This establishment is hidden in the corner and typically few customers. Staff are always kind and cleaning up after customers leave. Food is decent for establishment but it’s really the kind workers that make it worth going to this establishment. My only complaint is the kids playground the jungle gym could use a deep cleaning.

I went through the drive-thru on my way to work for my co-workers. I ordered a double western combo and I ordered the double super star combo (No onion) and did say my co-worker is allergic. We work at the local hospital and got busy but in the early morning my co-workers came to me and told me that the food was all wrong. I asked if they still had the receipt and they thought someone had thrown it out. I called this location twice and spoke to MGR's or so they said. (ED) and (DANIEL). I explained what happened and was basically told without a receipt they could not help. I asked if they could look it up and i was told sorry we are in the middle of a lunch rush. I explained how my co-workers could not eat the burger due to the onions and the other one was incorrect. He laughed and i said i do not think that is funny and he swore up and down he did not laugh. It was not like i placed a $50.00 order and was asking for a refund. They were so rude and I called corporate on them... YOU SHOULD NOT TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT. I like Carl's Jr, but if i go back it will be a different location.

I frequent this location often and the customer service is exceptional. The manager genuinely cares. No one has ever been rude. The food is always decent and fresh. This location is our family's go to Carls Jr

Came here with my kids today, i love that they have an indoor play area. The dining area and bathrooms were clean but needed some minor repairs. The play area seemed clean enough for me to allow my kids to play but it wasnt as clean as I would hope. The staff was very nice. Especially a young lady, her name might have been Joy? By no fault of the restaurants, there were a couple of sketchy people just hanging out in the dining area so I didnt stay long and im not sure if I'll come back because it seems to be an area with more transients.

The staff was friendly and the food was good. We always drive through, so I was shocked to see the inside. The play area was so dirty. None of the tables were clean and the floor looked as if it had not been mopped in weeks.
