Good grief, 6+ employees and not one thinks to clean the tables off. This place is a trash pit. Makes you wonder how bad the kitchen must be. Yes, they can get busy but you need to take care of your place and when it slows and three are leaning on the counter while customers cannot even get a clean table, that’s a sign of pretty bad management and employees that don’t care.

Yesterday I got a takeout steak salad and two of your usually delicious dressings. When I got home and tasted the dressing which makes the whole salad come together, I was shocked. It was burning my mouth and lips and tongue to Extreme and It tasted like barbecue sauce. It was very brown and color, which it usually isn’t that dark. I don’t know why you guys don’t follow the recipe?? if you did, you wouldn’t be having this post written right now. For the price of a steak salad now I want everything to be delicious..,a salad without dressing it pretty bad!

I drive 10-15 min more, just to avoid this one. Always understaffed, charges more than other locations (also charges for dine-in, regardless if you are not) and always an insanely long wait —-due to being understaffed. Guac isn’t as fresh as other locations. Tight parking lot.

Well, the CEO of Chipotle stated that customers in California should expect a significant rise in prices due to the minimum wage being increased to $20.00 per hour. The prices at Chipotle are already ridiculously expensive, and the quality isn't that great. This action is going to do 2 things: 1: It's going to drive customers away, which will significantly lower profit margins. 2: Hours for employees will be dramatically reduced, which will put more of a financial strain on them. Newsom is hell bent on driving California's already shaky economy into the ground. Many businesses have already fled California, and when the wage increase goes into effect, many chains are going to close locations, and almost every employee will be working only part-time. In the immortal words of Forrest Gump: "Stupid is, as stupid does".....

Ordered online ahead of time. Showed up to pick up at the scheduled time. And they said they didn't have the order at all. They were more worried about cleaning to start closing than making sure they finished all the orders. The cashier couldn't even find my order(I'm guessing because they had already closed out the POS system. So I showed them my confirmation email so they can make it. For my inconvenience they upgraded my regular chips to large chips. What a joke.
Not very good for a Chipotle. Rice was undercooked, other wise bowl was ok. Chips were very underwhelming, not seasoned well.

Enjoyed the food and appreciated the staff taking extra care for my gluten-free order. Only complaint was that two types of loud music were coming from different sides of the restaurant.Dietary restrictions: Helpful with gluten-free.

I was looking forward to my chicken bowl after a long day at work instead I was sorely disappointed. I ordered to have it ready at 9:30 pm. I ordered extra rice and barely got even the normal amount. The beans and other toppings were pretty sparse as well. Im sure that they didn't want to cook more rice or prep toppings since it was close to closing time on Halloween and they were just trying to make it to the end of the night and stretching out the ingredients. This is the smallest bowl I have ever received from any Chipotle location. Normally the bowls are packed to the top and you cant even see the bowl. Looking at some of the pictures posted here I can see how small my bowl was. I don't feel like I got my moneys worth. Very dissatisfied. Next time I will choose a different location even though this one is a stones throw from home.
