I've never returned food at a fast food restaurant. This is the first time I had to do that. I've been a a Del Taco fan for many years. However, this was a extreme let down. Management should go to Barstow for extended cross training for a couple of days. Thus, staff could be trained. If Management hands are tied and cannot make changes due to owners will not permit do to cost I understand.. I'm only writing this review because the food has issues at this establishment. I believe this Del Taco is in need of some help. It is not fair for the Del Taco brand to suffer due to one bad apple.

Terribly disappointed. Ordered the dual crispy fried fish tacos. At the very best misleading as only the minuscule piece of fish is fried. It is served on a cold soft corn tortilla. Not a crispy fried one. It took 20 min to get my order as well. Won’t go back.

You know, I'm sick and tired of finding HAIR in my food. So I bite into my overpriced, under-filled EPIC(ally) small burrito and I get a long, brown strand of hair in my mouth.Do I have time to go all the way back for a replacement? No, so I'm sitting here wondering, do I just bite the bullet and eat this thing because this is all I have for dinner? Honestly, I just might, which is incredibly sad.Like I said, this is not the first time this has happened. Did you guys run out of hairnets? Come on, man. I know you guys are skimping on everything right now, but that doesn't mean you need to use human head oil from strands of hair to cook your food. It's disgusting.Do better.

For fast food, Birria tacos weren't bad. 7 out of 10 The consomé was good and full of flavor, and the taco shells were soft. However, the beef was a little tough and flavorless. If it had stewed for another hour it probably would have been good. If you're short on time and want something different, the birria will work. However, find you a good Mexican restaurant if you really want to taste real birria. The cookie butter shake is a 10 out of 10 thd drive through staff was friendly.
If you've got all day to wait around, this is the place for you. The orders are always extremely slow!

Please take down your 24 hour sign, it's false advertising at this point. I just wanted some late night dessert items and I was told you wouldn't be open until 4:15. That's fine, I don't expect any restaurant to be open 24 hours *unless* they claim to be. That's my issue

Thought we'd go in for dinner. We decided to try the ground beef salad. It was pretty good. I'd definitely order it again. The only real problem was how dirty the place was inside. Someone really needs to clean inside. The floor had soda spilled on it, and people just walked through it. The tables, there wasn't a clean one. We had to get some napkins and take care of it ourselves.

I love the food at del taco but the service here is horrible. We were waiting a long time at the drive thru and my mom got thristy. She asked for a water cup at the drive thru since you know we were waiting for so long. At least 15minutes. The cashier proceeds to rudely tell my mom " Next time order ALL of your items at the menu" seriously never gotten attitude for a water cup. I will be taking my business to Taco bell and McDonald's at least they treat their customers with respect.
