We had a great experience here. The food is really good & you can tell they take pride in their BBQ. The customer service is on point. My boyfriend enjoyed speaking with the team about the different sauces and how they are made.
My overall experience here at Dickeys Murrieta was easily a great first time visit. Howard’s service was top notch, and he definitely takes pride in his business. Food was excellent, and me and my family were more than happy. Pulled pork sandwich is out of this world !! Definitely a meal to look forward too???

I think we have one of the best Dickeys BBQ spots in Murrieta. This location is always clean, offering the best service I’ve had compared to other locations. Howard the owner hooks up your food so it will always be an enjoyable experience. Can’t stop going back! So glad they’re in my town because it’s the best BBQ -hands down!

The food was cold, they were out of ribs, their fryer wasn't available so half the sides weren't available. The green beans tasted like a shoe. Some of the drinks were out of order. The women's restroom didn't have a lock on it , the men's restroom door had to be slammed shut to close. Never going back. For 50 bucks I'd expect a better experience.

We had a very bad experience here tonight. When we went to order they didn't have half the things we wanted to order. They were out of ribs and we couldn't order anything fried because the employee said he just needed to add more oil to their fryer. The sweet tea was so watered down and just nasty tasting. Our food came out cold and we were just very upset with the whole experience. $50 for mediocre food that was cold. We will not be returning to this location.
Did a pick up order. I am mad at myself for not checking each item. I ordered the family pack with pulled pork and brisket. Got home and had 2 orders of chicken. My guess is they ran out of what I ordered but didn't bother to say anything.

Terrible place, I don’t understand how the high rating came about. I ordered the three-meat comb. The grilled beef brisket and pork ribs were very dry. It was obviously the result of leaving it for too long after cutting, not the baking time. It’s too long and I won’t go here again. By the way, I ordered online and it was in the parking space at the door. This is what I got when I walked in after ten minutes.

Went last Friday evening at 7:00 to the Murrietta location because the Lake Elsinore location closed awhile back, got no to everything we asked for so we left and went to In n Out. Should have seen the red flags when we walked in and ZERO customers were in the restaurant. Love the hot BBQ sauce but you have to have something to put it on. Perhaps it's the chain not the franchises, I don't know but won't be trying again. Get it together or I see bankruptcy in your future. Sad to be so bad.

The food here is alright, a little pricey but most the time it's worth it. The service is good and the employees are nice. The only downside of this place is the ordering process is a nightmare. The app is pretty barebones and doesn't allow for any customization or substitutions when ordering. They have an option to pay with gift cards that DOES NOT WORK (DO NOT BUY SOMEONE A GIFT CARD TO THIS PLACE ESPECIALLY IF YOU PREFER ONLINE ORDERING)
