This has become our go to Mexican restaurant in the area. The food is always good and exactly what we ordered. They also always remember salsa and have great customer service!

Awesome people serving great food, except the lady with the arm tattoo and the fake eyelashes she is always rude and rarely get the order correct no matter how many time you say it and gave her repeat it back!

Highly recommend the al pastor and cabeza. The salsa is really great I had tried the green salsa verde it was so good I haven't had salsa like that in a long time Give this place a go if you are in the area. The california al pastor is the way to go

So we have come to this place several times now. The restaurant is clean and if managed well could be much busier. The food is delicious and very authentic. Our only problem and actually the only reason we ever decide not to go there and instead go somewhere else is the customer service. There is one gal who when we do go there, we hope and pray she is not there because she is rude. We assume she is a manager and probably a family member of the owners because anyone that can be that rude in the service industry and still be employed, must feel untouchable. Last visit we had a young gal up front who was very friendly and welcoming, it was very nice. Unfortunately with her was the rude gal, we thought possibly training the younger gal. Again as usual, even though we have been there several times and we know she knows us, no greeting, no eye contact, she acts as if she is above it all and is doing everyone else a favor with her presence. Just strange. So again we sit there enjoy our food but question why this employee/possible manager has such a bad attitude. I would give it a 5 star for the great food, but because of the rude gal I give it a 2.

Came in last night at 825 for a date night before seeing a movie. We both have very busy schedules so even though it was later we knew to be out of there by nine. I love the el ranchito on Washington but wanted a glass of wine and a quick taco before the movie so we decided to try this one because it has a full bar. We went to order our food and the girl with the bun was very nice.. we told her we were sitting at the bar because I wanted to get a glass of wine and my boyfriend wanted a beer on tap. 15 minutes later no one comes over to us. We get our food and my boyfriend asked if someone could help us at the bar. This lady with black hair and a pink clip comes over and doesn't say anything.. she looks at her watch in a super obvious way and says what would you like.. I asked for a glass of Pinot noir and she looked at me like I was crazy.. I politely said the blackridge and pointed to the bottle right next to her while she continued to just look at me like I was crazy.. I look at my boyfriend and he says, "the wine." So she begrudgingly got us a glass of wine finally.. my boyfriend whispered to me wow she was grumpy. I have to agree. It's a shame that the customer service was so poor as represented by this "server" that we will not be back and will not be recommending this location.

This place was really clean and the service was really nice.Our burritos were a good size and very tasty.
This particular location is further from me than others but I come here because every time and I mean every time no matter what burrito I get it's perfect today I had a Carnitas CALI burrito. It was perfectly rolled the tortilla was perfectly cooked the meat was delicious. They even have a sports bar that looks very nice. Definitely need to try there new place in old town "Landeros".

Well the reviews were pretty spot on with the customer service. There was no customer service. We walked into the sports bar, sat down for 15 minutes and no one greeted us or came to take our order. My husband got up and walked up to the bar to order drinks and chips and salsa. It wasn't busy so not really sure what the deal was with the quality of customer service. The place is nice with TVs all around but I'd say if you value customer service then don't come here.
