Well my family and I have eaten at Farmer Boys for many years, it wasn't until recently when my Girl Friend got sick after eating a chicken sandwich that was under cooked. So we tried to call and speak to a manager for like 2 weeks we tried and no one would awnser, so I filed a complaint on the BETTER BUISNESS BUREAU website and the owners contacted me and issued a refund for the order that got my girl sick, also they gave us a free entrie from their menu. Thank you Farmer Boys.
The quality and portions of the food have really gone down. The Natural Burger meat was very gristly and dry. The French fries were wilted and the portion was very scant. I will not be ordering from FB anymore.

Nice people but they forgot my bbq sauce for my ranch BBQ chicken salad. Ruined the flavor by not having that. Love the salad when it is complete. It is not a cheap salad either but worth it with everything included.
