Ok this place gets the super rare 1- star review. We arrived around 6pm, ordered a noodle dish, a bowl of ramen, and an appetizer. “5 minutes “ was the promised time 4 different times! Each time we inquired it was “oops there was a mistake, it will be be 5min” at the 45min mark we got our food. Friend, the food was awful! even the ramen broth was horrible. We ended up leaving it and going to a burger place across the street. Uggg! Sad

Came here because Google said they had sushi. They don't. However, they had Ramen, which I love, so I didn't mind. It took 45 minutes to get a bowl of ramen after being told several times only 5 more minutes. The broth had no flavor and none of the depth I've come to expect from a decent bowl of Ramen. It was a Wednesday evening, so they weren't super busy. I was disappointed in the terrible food after the long wait.

I absolutely love this place! Me and my mother come here all the time and we always enjoy our experience there! I tell you not they have the best food I’ve had in a very long time and it is very fresh and homemade! You will not get authentic food like this from anywhere else! I went there a few times and the owners are the most awesome and sweetest people I have ever met. They are so down to earth. Now the food I have had the chicken fried rice and the chicken yakisoba noodles are amazing and the ramen is the best better than other places I have tried. The sides are also a must. I love that they use chicken breast with their dishes. I love that it is fresh and from scratch. Best place ever. Lots of flavor. If you have seen it go check them out. You won’t be disappointed
Ramen noodles were ice cold and not enough broth for soup. Highly disappointed! Worse ramen I ever had!! I will not be returning.

I've been a regular at Formosa Teriyaki since the day they opened about 6yrs ago. At that time it was a strong 5 star restaurant. The food was high quality & always cooked to perfection. Portions were generous. Unfortunately, the establishment has changed owners at least 4x since it first opened & with each new owner the food has gone downhill. Tonight will probably be my last time coming here. The prices are high & the portions have gone significantly down. Tonight's beef teriyaki bowl was tasteless & was the size of a kid's meal. I'm so very sad to see my favorite restaurant take such a turn for the worse. I loved this place so much because I could get delicious & healthy choices. They use to have steamed white fish & steamed pot stickers on the menu. When I inquired recently about the steamed options I was told that "steaming takes too long & frying is fast". Wow. This is a far cry from how the original owners started this restaurant out. Disappointing.
