Excellent attention from the waitress, regarding the food, what is expected from this type of breakfast places.

Today, I had a horrible experience at IHOP. Although we were only a table for two, each of our dishes arrived separately and with a considerable time gap between them. When I finally got my blueberry pancakes, they looked nothing like the picture on the menu. I asked our server if he could add whipped cream, but he never came back to do it. Instead, a few minutes later, another lady came up and asked if our order was okay. I had to explain to her that we were missing food items and about the pancakes. After finally serving all we ordered, no one came to check on us or fill our drinks. Our main server was also having trouble with several tables around us, messing up their food items, also giving another table the wrong change back, and he never apologized to us or them.I feel that this IHOP location has deteriorated over the years. I truly hope corporate will take measures to improve the quality of service and food at this location. This was the worst dining experience I've ever had. :(

Two people working. Meaning the cook and one server Is such a joke.

Hadn't been to an IHOP in years but we needed a quick something to eat without a wait. I've become a fan of our recent local opening of Broken Yolk so IHOP takes a backseat in this case. Table next to us had one of its guests go the entire meal without ever having received their meal. Our meal seemed to take a little longer than youd usually expect considering they weren't very busy. I played it safe and went with pancakes. Nothing special but they served their purpose. We got in and got out.

The quality of the food is average; however, the cost is excessively high, making it an unjustifiable expense for the value received. The cleanliness of the restaurant leaves much to be desired. While the service was friendly, it was disappointingly sluggish.

Please IHOP owner I have read past reviews and your hostess and waitress are rude and no apologies for waiting to be seated and lack of service, as a family we ended up leaving maybe you should listen to customers !! We won't be back.

Ordered "to go"... It took 30 minutes at 3 in the afternoon with no one else there!Somehow, 1 chicken fried steak meal and 2 shakes came to $50... Declined the eggs, asked for biscuits instead of pancakes. Got home and there was a chicken patty, a single biscuit and a 2oz mini cup of gravy in the bag. No napkins, salt and pepper, butter, plastic ware...Small Pepsi cups were used for the shakes, less than 12 oz... They weren't blended all the way, and cost $9.00 each! There won't be a next time-- but if there was--I'd get a table, order, and get served inside. Check it, fix it, take a bite, then get the "to go" containers and pack it up myself... Never again... Not this location anyway... Not the same IHOP experience we grew up with...sad... ?

Portions shrank, prices went up. I used to eat here and couldn't finish the breakfast. Now the portions are so small it's more like a snack for $15. $78 with tip for me, my wife and son, and we're not big eaters. Used to be able to take them out for breakfast for $30-$40 and be full. Save your money and eat at home.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options

Always go here after a carshow with friends. Small parking, but food is fast and service is good. The steak and eggs are our go to. Classic place better then Denny's I think lol.
