I like to stop here after church on Sundays. They are polite and quick and delicious-Always fresh food. And price is affordable. ?

Jacky didn’t know how to process a refund for a smaller cup and tried to charge us more to get a refund, after getting our order wrong. Annie was very helpful after having to go up three times to get this issue resolved. Annie deserves a raise, and I will never order from Jacky again

Lately, food I'd been cold, customer service has decreased, and when you ask for secret menu items, they don't owner it like other in and out or act like people making it out. I have bought from different in and out in the San Diego area, IE area, and includes canyon lake an Road Kill fries and have made them for me me and no issues. If you have a secret item that other store make them just be don't advertise that secret menu. The manager saw me, and he didn't do anything when his employees were making me feel like I was making anything up. I won't buy from this store anymore.
