I ordered 24 oz vanilla latte over ice. On the menu it said it's $6.00. I ordered that because it's only $0.01 more than 24 oz latte over ice. However, when it rang up, it's $6.49. After I paid, I checked my friends' receipts, all of their drinks are the same price as on the menu. I was wondering why it's higher, so I asked an employee. First, he said maybe it's the tax. Then he pointed on the menu and said it's probably an old menu. (Who knows how can the menu they have in the store is not current) If I knew it's $6.49, I would choose 24 oz latte instead. I'm just not happy to pay more than listed price.

Was a big lack of service l, no very helpful when it came to answering questions... my husband it's diabetic and wasn't even a selección of sugar free syrup .. we even try to order waffles and they don't even have sugar free syrup ... this place was a disappointment for me.

The gentleman who took our order was excellent. Coffee and bagel/cream cheese tasty. The gentleman who delivered the food was very kind.The store itself I believe is run down and needs attention. Lounge Chairs upstairs are in desperate need of replacement as you can see and sit on the dirty foam. Windows and safety glass are covered in finger prints. Floor and trash can areas need a deep cleaning.They must be doing great business as I counted 9 employees working with 4 customers dining in.

Tasty coffee, and perfect study spot. Lots of seating, the atmosphere has a really nice feel to it. It also has second story seating which I love for people watching.

First time and loved this place ! A girl Camila who I think was the manager helped me find the best tea. She was nice and helpful. I stayed a while and had the BQQ chicken pizza. It was also super cool to see the roasting process since it was on for a bit when I was there. Will definitely come back!
10/10 Food was great. definitely recommend the flatbread pizzas. service was great as well. camilia was very cool and friendly to me and the wife while taking our order. she gave some great recommendations for the tropic thunder tea and some delicious customizations to add to it. hayden was very helpful and gave me ranch when i asked for some too. ambiance inside was cool too. great tunes playing and lively conversations everywhere the entire time. we will definitely be regulars coming back here!

Food is absolutely amazing for the small kitchen they work in. The girls typically never smile at customers (RBF) and unfortunately they use that loud ass roaster that liquidates the seating area inside. Nice idea but the unintended consequences of the noise actually ruins the coffee experience. Install some plexiglass glass and cut that noise down and you'll get a 4 star. Get your employees to smile and get that 5th. Coffee is best in town otherwise it's a 2 star just because of that roaster.

We came to Intazza for lunch on a weekday. They had a good amount of customers inside and outside. They have many seating options. There was a mix of people coming to work/study and those meeting others for coffee/lunch. We ordered the Big Tuna and the bacon avocado salad both were great. I also got a cold brew with sweet cream cold foam it also had great flavor.

We had a great breakfast here. Hayden was our server and he was especially polite to us. We appreciated the extra care he put into our service. Glen was in the back making our food and everything came out hot and delicious. The coffee here is fantastic and the food is just the right portion size. We really enjoyed the French toast, the sunrise sandwich, and the juices. The interior also looks really cool, with a huge industrial coffee grinder, etc. Free wifi is available and we saw several people working on their computers so it must be a popular place to get work done.
