The so called smash burger is horrible! It's just a salty over cheese hamburger with pickles. I was so disappointed. Why do they picture one thing and then serve something else. In and Out burgers are much better and that's not saying much and a lot cheaper.

Food was over cooked and I only got half a big box order. My popcorn chicken big box was almost empty. And the woman who took my order didn't speak English. I had to repeat myself 10 times. Plus no bag for my food or receipt.

Every time I come here they don't have supplies to make items on the menu. I even check on the online ordering and it says available, then drive all the way there on lunch break to get it and it's not available. Very poorly run company overall. The staff are friendly and apologetic. Same reason I stopped going to Carl's Jr and haven't been back in over 6 years, looks like it's now time to stop going to hack in the box too.

This location never misses an opportunity to disappoint their customers. Every time I go to this Jack in the Box, I'm always treated like I've got the superpower of invisibility. Doesn't matter if the drive-thru is empty and there are no other guests in the lobby. I place my orders through the app and give it 10-15 min before I even go in and ask if it's ready. Then, another 10-15 minutes standing at the counter before someone finally asks me what I need. I literally make eye contact with all of the workers and watch as they slack off and joke around in the back instead of doing what they get paid to do.Also, let's not forget about the order itself. Only on a rare occasion will it be made properly. My best suggestion would be to go to the one on Jefferson and Winchester if possible.If I were the owner, I'd fire every single one of these clowns.

I just ordered $75 worth of food for my family and my breakfast sandwich eggs aren't even cooked. I want someone to reach out to me for compensation. I am disgusted and will not be returning to this store ever again.

We Came here last night around 920pm to get some food and use the bathroom before charging our cars nearby. corporate will have to review the store cameras. 2 black male employees tried to fight me and my fiance for using the bathroom?? To the cook at JNB on Madison, I guess he wasn't feeling it this morning I ordered a #21 Supreme sausage meal I don't know what the heck he gave me. Sorry, you had to get off your break to start your shift and so do others. but you don't need to be the AM COOK! I had more bread than anything my egg was paper-thin and I don't know how I got ham that was razor-thin. I was tempted to go back there and have my order remade RIGHT! but I had just gotten off work and was tired just wanted to eat and decompress! Your cooking skills should be revoke and place you on another position...seriously!!

Wow an hour drive through wait time at 2 am lol this is the slowest fast food I've ever been to. I've gone to restaurants waited for a table,sat down, ordered food, ate and left quicket than picking up a doordash order at this place. Whoever runs this should fire the stoners working tonight legit 2:54 arrival and 3 am departure to pick up an order. The laziest trash that deserves to work there ?

I’m not sure why I come back here. Last time I was here, the same experience I had is the same as this one. The environment here makes it so no one dines in, more than 2/3 of the seating has been removed, music is horrendously loud, the cashier looked utterly miserable, the manager (I think) is overly loud yelling in the kitchen. The soda machine is always half greyed out with flavors. I can’t wait to see what happens when these people start earning $20/hr. I’d suggest a new career path.
