Avoid this location, the location one exit north of Newport is significantly better. I spent over $20 to be told asking for 6 ranches was to much, was offered 4 instead but ultimately was only given 3. I ordered spicy chicken bits but was given regular instead. My shake had barely any whip cream and no cherry. And all of this took almost 10 minutes to get through the drive through...... AVOID AT ALL COST! Del Taco and Carl's Jr are both across the street and significantly better service!

10/10 this morning I go this location to get my food after I looked at the menu at home and pre booked my food. However I couldn’t complete it because on the app you can not order the French toast combo. I’m at the drive thru having some communication issues I think it’s me and how I’m explaining and the difference in prices from the app verse the drive thru. THE MANAGER WAS AMAZING(I think she was the manager). She really helped me I got what I wanted and issue was fixed everyone was happy. She was just amazing made my day thank you ma’am. She is fair skin I think she is Hispanic , she was at the drive thru at 10:10am on 3/23/2024 Saturday morning helping the guy that was taking orders at the drive thru. She needs a raise or pay increase. I felt special when I left I hope this finds her and makes her feel the same thank you again ma’am sorry I didn’t get your name.

The drive thru was fast but when I got to the window and asked for 3 ranch dressings they said they couldn’t give me more than 1 and that they would have to charge me. I was really surprised at this. Then all of the food was cold unfortunately. Prob won’t go

It's pretty much a hit or miss through the drive thru. Food is always great, but I'm always missing something, took down the wrong order, or messed up on a custom order. Recommend to check your order before driving home.

I came here and asked for two tacos cuz when u order one taco it comes with two. They thought I said 13 mini tacos. Ok first of all who the fk orders 13 of anything I’m one person. Secondly they were so scorching hot I burned my lips and now they have burn sores on them. Also the mini tacos suck. Overall waste of my money and I got hurt. I will never come here again. Maybe get your employees a better headset so they can hear the orders correctly

This place is usually good with people but this morning, the drive thru lady literally stood there without answering the headphones. She waited until I drove around and watched me drive away. She had the headset on the entire time and looked like she was annoyed. If you are not a morning person, then change your shift. Rude!! Heavier set girl works the morning shift off Scott and Antelope ?.

It's still a good, consistent fast food burger chain. They have expanded into different food choices. But the burgers are mostly unchanged. We had a Sourdough and Bonus Jack with curly fries. All good.
