Lately always understaffed and it takes forever to get your food, but the taste and quality of the chicken has improved and tastes really. Now for the sides, not so good.

Ordered two tender combos and a mash potatoe and gravy.1. No gravy2. No sauces that was with our order3. No utensils with our orderLack of attention to detail for the order and common sense to add cutlery to an order with sides that require utensils. Failure to answer the phone when attempting to get the order corrected. We will be ordering else where from now on.

They didn't honor the special Price on commercial TV , bread is dry, hard . They don't have the jalapenos anymore, I won't be going back KFC sucks regret eating all that fried food was not worth it!

I was overcharged. I got the wraps 2 for 5 ans a small side of mash potatoes and was charged $14 and change. Had no spoon/fork for the mash . Didn't get a receipt. I'd ask for a receipt and check the total for

Made we wait 25 minutes at counter. When I ordered food I got a 6 piece and only got 3 tenders. the cooks were being slow with making food and waiters were rude.

We were craving KFC, so we made the 28-minute drive from home to go get some. We called in our order for pick and when we arrived the workers were very nice and said our order had been ready . Quick pick up awesome everything is going great. Order has been ready, so they've had time to double even triple check it. We'll turn out we are missing a large side, no sauces as requested utensils and napkins. Unfortunately, it was our fault for not checking before driving away . But since it had been ready, like the server said, we messed up and made the assumption. When we got home again, we didn't live nearby. We found out our order was just a mess. I'm super bummed with this experience because who doesn't love KFC and crave it every now and then. Guess we will try another location next time

Ordered famous bowl at 2::40 pm on October 18 the young man working the drive thru didn't even put a fork in my bag? Good thing I'm smart enough to always have forks in my car just in case I run into to slow incompetent haters who have no business being in the position their in. Very disappointed.

So went through the drive thru and first off the bowl I ordered was mostly gravy stale corn and cheese- where the potatoes were I’m still wondering. My husband ordered “street corn” which is jus normal corn, Mac n cheese was dry and gross. I guess you have to request things like sauces, forks ect, even though you order tenders, and mashed potatoes, I’m still looking for the mashed potatoes lol, all n all I should’ve went to Popeyes cuz they got mashed potatoes- KFC jus isn’t what it used to be.. ?
