Whoever owns this location needs to hire workers that are not lazy. Called ahead and ordered a pep pizza with extra sauce. We'll NO extra sauce. It was a dry cold and ready pizza. Nothing hot about it. Meanwhile the 2 employees there were relaxing and being paid to be on their phones. 4/7/25

Highly suggest not to eat here! They hand out burnt pizzas. I called to ask for a refund or return and the manager picked up the phone confrontational with a huge attitude and saying right away that I’m not getting a refund until HIS PIZZA IS RETURNED BACK TO HIM. And continued to say you can return MY PIZZA which I was never saying I wasn’t. He right off the bat seemed ready to fight me over this pizza. This pizza was not edible because how burnt it was but manager was very demeaning and acted like I was trying to steal pizza from them. Never again will spend money at that location with the manager they have. It’s 10$ for a pizza there was no reason for him to be confrontational when I was just trying to figure out if a return was possible. I told him I would leave a review and he said do what you need to do. He needs fired or retraining on customer service.

Ok so the Pretzel Crust Pizza is actually really good even though their red sauce always gives me heart burn, A+ For the taste of the Pretzel Crust. Then when I brought it home and was putting the left overs in the fridge I noticed burnt black Crust underneath NOT A FAN!!!!

This location is rough. Went to pick up a hot and ready and not one made or being made. I was told you have to order they don’t make them ahead and it would be 20 mins. Then why advertise it? Staff was listening to music loudly where every other word was f this or that. I was in there with my nine year old daughter. Other children were also in the store. Just created a very hostile and unwelcoming environment.

I don't usually write reviews and if I'm being honest, I would have never taken the time to do this had I not had such incredible customer service today. Walked in to get some pizzas for lunch around 11:30, on Veterans Day, while the line was out the door with people there for the Veterans Day promotion.On top of that, a church had ordered 50 pizzas and they were there picking up their pizzas.Not once did any of the workers seem flustered, have an attitude, or skimp on kindness. They got to everyone in a uniform manner, and it was honestly so nice to see.This is hands down the very best Little Caesars I have ever been to. It was clean, well stocked, didn't feel weird inside, the food is great and honestly I've had some Little Caesars pizzas that were so disappointing so I have something to compare it to for sure. It was GREAT! Tons of cheese, tons of pepperoni, and the crust was cooked to perfection. I've been to some before when they are slammed with customers and they take the pizza out before it's done and it's a soggy mess. I'm telling you-- they did a great job here! If I'm ever back in the area and not just passing through back to San Diego, then I will definitely be back!(The workers' names I can't remember even though I asked twice, I'm horrible I know. But the cook's name started with an R I think and the lady who checked me out started with an N. Nita maybe? Just wanted to add this in case it helped them get some recognition.)

I came in not expecting much but it was the manager who was training the new hire who came in above and beyond. They originally told me that they didn't have anything hot and ready but the guy checked in the back and made an exception for me. Hell yeah.

Great place great pizza and service I've ordered here a million times and never had an issue sometimes they get busy but like anywhere that's normal now
Customer service was friendly. Paul seems to be the one is charge and was very kind, even gave my children cookies. The food was better than I remembered and I would definitely go back for an easy pizza night.

I can't understand why making 1 pizza would take 35 minutes plus. Its crazy to think that the food is supposed to be "Hot and ready" but nothing is ready. Would definitely not be returning to this location. Save your time and money and go down the street.

This store always runs out of making new crust specialty pizzas. When they are out, all they have is classic pepperoni and cheese pizzas. These classic pizzas are thicker in dough, they came out thin crust! So I got a thin crust (which they didnt have) on a reguar pizza! This is around 7:30 pm in the evenings! WOW! Lazy staff here go to another store as this one doesnt care about product. So not good!

Honestly not even going to get into it too deep but for me to come in this store and it be 10x hotter then it is outside on a day that's 103 is RIDICULOUS. I asked one of the employees why it was so hot and they responded saying there boss hasn't fixed the ac. I can only imagine how much sweat is in the food and how unhealthy and uncomfortable it is for the employees. Will definitely be reaching out to the city about this in hopes that someone will look out for these employees.
