I came in today 4/13 @7:40pn & ordered the cookie tote(pregnancy cravings). 13 cookie are supposed to be in the tote was given 10, 6 out of 10 were cold and hard. I understand about them being cold but to be given less is very frustrating. If i paid for 13 i would like to receive what i ordered. Not to mention the attitude on the young lady who called out my order. She clearly needs a different job customer service isnt for everyone.

Time and time again, drive thru, dine in or online its all bad, i order online from home came to the store and waited another 25 min to get my food and have it be missing my kids drink, me be given the wrong drink. Close this place down please, if i could reach the owner i would tell them to sell this location to someone that gives a dam.

Every time I get an order for this location. I just know that I'm gonna be wasting my time. It is so painful to sit here and wait on average 25 to 30 minutes to get one sandwich for delivery. I don't understand why there's 2 cars in drive through right now. Nobody else is waiting for food other than another delivery driver. But as we sit here and wait, it just gets more annoying and annoying. This location desperately needs help. Wait, the other person waiting is a customer not a delivery driver and he ordered 10 min after I got here. Send help this location is BAD!

I came here to introduce my kids to the McDonalds Play Place. We are visiting family from Manhattan Beach where we done have one.It was the most wonderful experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. I've been feeling that the customer service has been bad post COVID and am always a little dissatisfied any time I go out but I would come here every day if I could.My kids each got a happy meal and I got a sundae. The shift leader or manager noticed my sundae had melted since I was helping my kids and she brought me a new one. How nice is that!? My son tried going to the restroom and ran ahead of me and a worker immediately went to go help him, she was extremely kind and helpful. She noticed I had my "hands full" and made sure I had help when I Couldn't remember the code for the restroom. The play area and restaurant dining area were pristine, service was very fast, the fries were hot and just as I remembered them. 10/10!

Changed my review after more thought on recent experiences. Every time I have been going to this location, there have been problems with the service and the food. The last few times I have been, the fries are way overcooked and taste too crispy and like burnt oil. They are not the iconic McDonald's fries I am used to. They are almost always out of something when I order. The orders are often incorrect and they can't get it right when I try to customize a sandwich by simply removing one item. I have given the location the benefit of the doubt but it doesn't seem to change so I will be going to one of the other locations in the area from now on instead.

Ordered in the drive thru, couldn’t understand anything that was said on the speaker because there was multiple people talking at the same time. Pulled up to the window, paid, went to the second window, was handed the drinks and then instructed to park in a drive thru stall to wait. 20 minutes later, still nothing to the car, guy brought the food out after waiting for about 30 minutes. Missing food from both happy meals, no toys, this place flat out sucks

I rarely eat at McDonald's. I don't remember the last time I ate inside one, but my kids wanted to go, so we did, and we regretted it. Every table was dirty. Nobody was working the front. Every employee look like they were lost. My food took 30 minutes. The worst thing was that after waiting for the 30 minutes, the food was horrible. I talked to the manager, Jessica, who took no accountability for anything and looked like she was just his lost every other employee working there. From the looks of it, there was a line of unhappy people. The lesson learned is don't eat at McDonald's, and if you do definitely don't need at this one!
