I finally got my large cheese pizza with black olives and pepperoni and when I got home. There was a broken fingernail inside the pizza dough. I was horrified. 1st time here. Not impressed that single slices are only sold until 3pm. WTH?!! Or that a pizza at these prices come with NO toppings!! You must pay for EVERY topping. A sad Cali thing among some restaurants I've found since living here. So I tried the wings. Taste was good but chicken a bit rubbery. Should look into a wholesaler that's selling REAL chicken that taste like chicken. Check with your competitor, Memphis Wings, as to where he gets his chicken wings. First time I've ever had wings with NO celery or carrots ??? I asked if I could have MAINLY flats in a 6 wing order. I got 3 flats and 4 of those puffy leg things which I hate since those are NOT wings ‼. If I were asked for MAINLY flats I would have at least given the customer 4 flats in this 6 wing order. Being from east coast and knowing what authentic NY pizza is, I may come back to try a slice, b4 3PM that is, (roll of eyes). Left 2 of the rubbery leg thingies behind. Left disappointed and hangry! :(

we decided to get some takeout so we decided to try this place as we have never had it and it's pretty local, and we are so happy we did! the mozzarella sticks were amazing and so were the wings! we ordered a small cheese pizza, mozzarella sticks and 12 piece all drums lemon pepper wings and it was delicious! i wasn't even able to take pics because we were starving and it smelt so good to wait! we will be back and so glad we gave this place a try

This is where communication matters! Very impressed with the way they handled the situation! I just knew since it is a small business that there had have been a miscommunication! As you can see management took care of the situation by offering a six dollar credit since they had overcharged me previously by accident. Goes to show if you talk to the manager that you can bypass staff that may have been mistaken. So for anybody who's had a negative experience previously I would suggest calling in and talking to the manager or stopping by out a good faith! So this time I came back and I got a 14 inch pizza with wings for about 30 bucks and I had a seven dollar credit from past purchases! And they offered me my six dollar credit so it ended up being only like 25 bucks!super excited to put this in my face! This is my favorite pizza place great ingredients and flavor! They definitely earned my loyalty and respect because they took care of an issue. That is huge when you are dealing with businesses.

We’ve eaten here twice for pizza and movie night at home. Both times pizzas and wings were fantastic. Staff is really awesome and friendly. Loved the Alfredo pizza and the south of the border wings are out of this world. Glad to have found our go to pizza place when we don’t fire up our pizza oven at home! Thanks to the staff and owners keep rocking out that great food.

Had a pizza craving and since our go-to place was closed, decided to try Pacino's for their NY pizza via Door dash. Impressed with all the variations. I went with the White Knight personal pizza and a cheese pizza as well. I added black olives, mushrooms and omitted the onions. It was delicious! Would definitely get it again (maybe larger size). Cheese pizza was good too. Love the crust bubbles.

I am originally from Ny. I miss NY pizza. I got to be honest, the cheese pizza from Pacino's was very very close to the taste you get in NY!! I mean the thin crust, the sauce, the great tasting crust- not doughy. They nailed it...I will be back. I do have a question for the owner. Do you get NYC water shipped in and then used when making the dough? ( I heard of another nyc style pizza restaurant outside of ny does that to get that authentic taste).
Everything here is super good. Wings, pizza, salads with super creamy ranch dressing and delicious blue cheese dressing too. But the calzone... it should have its own zip code. Huge ! And they don't skimp on the sauce or the ingredients.

The pizza and wings here are PERFECT. It's a little embarrassing how much pizza and wings my husband and I get from here haha. Nonetheless though, the wings are always so so crispy! We get a cheese pizza with chicken as a topping and it is just so delicious! For our wings we get BBQ & sweet chili (I believe that's the correct sauce), but I absolutely love this place and the flavors, it definitely tastes like it's straight from NY. Totally recommend. My husband also noted that the customer service is really nice and attentive, we don't eat pork and the cashier double checked with him that our order was chicken only, so I'm really happy they cared to check once more before putting it in the oven!

Online order...got a "meat pizza", pepperoni, no sausage or meatballs as advertised. I called the restaurant, they made me call a 3rd party company to get a refund!!!?? I've had better frozen pizza!!!!

Last time I ordered here, the pizza was so paper thin it bent in half.Today I thought Id try again, I ordered a pizza and a meatball sandwich, they gave me some gross looking different type of sandwich. I called and talked to the head chef KC to let him know they got the order wrong and he said oh well were closed now, At 3 on sunday! I said I can be there in 2 mins, I live around the corner and he said no, if I went there he wont help me.I ask to speak to the owner and be said I could take it up with gim Tuesday when he gets in.Complete disrespect, incompetent person with horrible customer service skills!!!If I were the owner I'd fire this person ASAP!I definitely will not be back and Do Not Recommend at all!!!!
