Soooooooo friendly good cheap eats. Different variety combo plates! Kid friendly they accept cash/card but prefer cash it seems lol

Just went in and had their soup amazing I love love love the soup they made for me thank you very much My husband and I have been coming here for 15 years and the food is always great service is always great they treat you like extended family I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who likes Chinese food excellent shifts and service

Sorry, LONG RANT! Since this establishment was sold to the previous owner's family member, a nephew I believe, this place has poor quality food and service. The owner is rude and arrogant. We have been going here for 20 years and always received good food and very, friendly service. It was always our favorite. Even moving further away, we still ate here. So, I think I know the difference. Since he has owned it, we have only been a handful of times. Once, I asked for 4 hot mustards on a large order. He lectured me on how much it costs him to give me that many! I think to save a dime, lower quality and taste has been the result. Well, last night we decided to give them another chance. Our d*** move. Over the years, I would call in orders for pick up. Now, their phone rolls over to a full voicemail, but they do accept orders through DoorDash. So, I placed an order around 6:40pm; they close at 8pm. I received a confirmation email from DoorDash and left to pick up our order. When I get there, I see one family eating and a child playing games on a phone. I let the woman behind the counter know I am here for a pick up. She looks at me like she has no idea what I am talking about. No smile, nothing. Then, she says something and while I think she is talking to me, she waves me away like, "No, not you!" The little girl runs up and hands her the phone she had been playing games on. The woman asks my name and when I tell her, she looks at the phone and says, "Oh, we don't have some of your order. This is what we have." Her accent is strong, so I am having difficulty understanding her so she did have to repeat herself, but I do know, there is no apologetic tone. There is no, "I'm sorry, we don't have some of your items and that we didn't even know we had an order since my kid was playing games on my business phone!" Just, we don't have your order as she points to mostly empty trays of what looks like leftovers for me to choose from. I said, "My order was confirmed and it would have been nice to know you didn't have my items before I drove here." She then calls the male owner over. He also has a strong accent and I'm trying to fully understand him, but arrogance comes thru in any language and says loudly, "We are almost closing. We don't have your items. If you don't want what we have, then go someplace else" while he waves his arm in the air motioning me to leave. He then asks if I am the Door Dash driver. "I am your customer, the one who placed and paid for the order. So, you cannot make my order?" He responds, "No. What we have is what you can have or you can go someplace else." While again waiving his arm, shooing me away! This is how he speaks to a paying customer, with other paying customers in his restaurant. He doesn't say, " I'm sorry we can't make your order and sorry, we didn't even know you placed an order." I thought I was just picking up a bag of packaged items, not to be shooed out of a restaurant for having the audacity of expecting my order! I was inconveniencing him! He's going to stay open for another 60 minutes hoping someone wants to eat the 5 things he hasn't sold yet. Well, it wasn't gonna be me. As I drove away, I called DoorDash to make sure I received a refund. DoorDash apologized and offered me a $10 credit! I told them they didn't have to do that because they were great. But, that's what good businesses do. Thanks, DoorDash...I'll be ordering through you from hmmmm...maybe, Jade's Chinese down the street!

I've been coming here forever...at least a decade probably more. Everytime I come back home to Murrieta, I make sure to go. The teriyaki chicken, spicy pork ribs and broccoli beef are the best items on the menu. I would also recommend the bbq pork if any of the above are missing. The best takeout in Murrieta. No question.

We have been eating here for years. They have the absolute best pork fried rice and Wor Wonton soup. As a matter of fact, their soup is our family's go-to when anyone is under the weather; pretty sure it can cure any illness. Make sure to order ahead...so good!

The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. I called to place an order and they never answered the phone only let the answering machine pick up. I drove there to place the order and the lady never greeted me or any of the customers walking in. I'm sitting there waiting 15 minutes and she tells me "sorry I can't make your order" no explanation just simply can't do it?? This place is just getting worse and worse. I rather go to Lake Elsinore to the original owners. Never coming back here.

Placed an order through DoorDash, when the food got delivered we were missing an entire 3 item combo and an order of wontons (about $15 worth of food). I called panda palace and unfortunately the employees there do not speak very good English, so after about 10 minutes of talking with the employee and trying to explain what was going on, he finally understood what I was saying. I explained to the man that they did not give us 2 things from our order, at this point he basically told me “no, I gave you everything, the DoorDash driver took your food” I became defensive for the DoorDash driver and myself and argued “why would I lie about this? Why would the DoorDash driver take only 2 things instead of the entire order?” The man then handed me off to another female employee who also said “no nothing is missing from your order”… how the hell do you know?? I am the one that received the food, I have the receipt on DoorDash! I don’t even live in CA, I am here visiting family and I ordered us food for the night and spent $78 on this place. The food was actually bad and the customer service is dog s*it. Do not order food from this establishment, as it was all and all a terrible experience.

I use to come here for years over 10 years and now that the owners have changed it’s not what it use to be. Shortly after the change I came in and the couple and the daughter were here working it was nice to see the change but not that they had to let go all the other works that made me sad. Any ways I came in and and got lots of food I asked for beef and broccoli the lady exclaimed that it was extremely expensive I looked and she replied it’s expensive and I said and? I have never been felt like I was profiled and yet this owner had just done so so I didn’t feel the need to ever come back till today. I sent my kids in to request what we normally get and the same lady said no that she can’t get them noodle without vegetables as we use to get it is what it is won’t be coming back ever.

WORST CHINESE FOOD I HAVE EVER TASTED IN MY LIFE. I thought I would try something Jew cause I work around there and it was disgusting I ordered the rice, Teriyaki chicken and barbecue pork and it was far the worst food I have ever tasted dry and the teriyaki sauce was literally thick and nasty And the customer service was horrible they all seemed miserable in there I felt like I was in a sauna they should turn up the AC good luck panda Palace you need to step up your game.

I went for the first time Bach in Feb and the orange chicken is hella good. So is their fried rice and chow mein. Their fried chicken wasn't very good and didn't seem cooked nor fresh from the day and i couldn't finish it because it made me a bit sick. But everything else I got from there was so good!!
