All I can legitimately say is that food quality and portions have been greatly reduced while prices have greatly increased (not surprising). I ordered a Papa Bowl with double everything and was charged for it, but what I received was nothing more than two slices of pizzas' worth of toppings in a baked bowl. I was still very hungry considering. Was not the first time I had this happen, and even explained why I was ordering double. The cashier did not understood and only said they can only give us toppings by measurement standards corporate gives them. I said you charged me for double but then didn't produce double. Another blank stare.

This is a great Papa John's location. Every order we have placed has always been correct when it arrives--and it arrives very fast! They definitely waste no time in preparing your order as soon as you submit it. We've always been very happy with the quality of food as well. The pizza is still hot hon delivery and the ingredients are very fresh. We've never had any issues with this Papa John's location and will continue to order from them!

Service was fast and friendly, Kristie was very helpful. Kristie also was patient with us as we were unsure of what to order as a family, (which I was very apologetic about) but Kristie was great. Will definitely be back because of the service alone. Oh and the food was great, we haven’t had Papa John’s in quite some time, and I was impressed. We ended up ordering the mix it up menu so everyone in the family got a lil something they wanted. And by all means it really was good.

I have no idea why this Papa John's is getting bad reviews. I ordered 2 value priced pizzas half an hour before closing. Got in there and they had already started cleaning up but put my pizza in the oven nonetheless. There was a young woman with glasses and a gentleman with a beard. Both very cordial and welcoming. When my pizza was done they handed it to me with a smile and thanked me. Extremely good ambiance in the store and great customer service. The pizza was nice and crunchy crust whilst soft inside. Right amount of cheese and topics. Not overly salty like Pizzahut nor was it dried and cardboard like dominos. I feel alot of people order their value priced pizza and cry when they don't get toppings you'd get on a full priced gourmet one. Nonetheless, even for a value priced pizza it was great and tasted really phenomenal. Thank you both for your great pizza. Will def continue coming here.

The person who took my order on the phone sounded overwhelmed, he was pleasant, but seemed like he had nine other things to do. The pizza, while it tasted very good, made me very, very sick for the next 12 hours.

Christy has a terrible attitude. I called regarding a credit. Christy was very rude. And refused to help look up order. I asked for corporates number and was told to look it up online.
This has to be the worst pizza I ever had in my life. I can't believe it's still in business. I ordered delivery quite awhile ago now. I decided, pizza is pizza. Wrong. Soo wrong. It was honestly inedible. The crust was exactly like cardboard. It really was. It's hard to get past a bad crust. I don't care what you put on it. I am giving it 3 stars because of the employees and the guy who delivered it. They can't help it. I'm sure they are doing their best with a bad product.

I use the app to order carry out pizzas. Normally, the best pizza aroundThis isn't one of those timesHad 3 slices without cheese. This won't dissuade me from ordering again, but hopefully, this won't happen again. Doesn't feel good to add a tip, then have a substandard pie.

The reason I'm giving them a one star is because I filed a complaint with them and I insisted on a refund. The manager insisted on remaking the food and when they were made, the food. I still had the same problem. So there's no need and communicating with the manager again so I just write reviews. Don't go here terrible undercooked food.....
