This was our first time eating @ Pho Tho but we've eaten at 100's of Vietnamese restaurants so were not new to Vietnamese cuisine.The restaurant only had 2 tables with customers, including us.Every time we visit a new Vietnamese restaurant, we always order the same items to gage the food.My go to is the vermicelli bowl with grilled pork, shrimp and egg roll. Decided to depart from our normal Pho spot in search of newer tastes., Unfortunately this was not the case. We ordered a large Pho with rare steak and it was just ok. Not really bad but not really good either. To me it seemed to be missing some flavoring in its broth.We finished the bowls and paid for the meals, but what I did not like is that they charged a .3% convenience fee on my card?
