so this is a delivery and take out only facility.. not sure why reading eat in house....i used to patronize this facility roughly 2 to 4 times a month.however after a 4th disappointing order (granted its been more spaced out due to prior experiences) i wont return.a large pie with sausage and pepperoni that less than 3 of each per slice is disappointing. it was much better even 6 months ago. someone in store verified new ownership and more portion control has gone into place. did not specify the date but for sure over the last 8-10 months has gone way down hill. WHICH BLOWS. Pizza factory is a child hood memory.the employees are great!

Pizza factory is a nice little spot to watch some sports games. They have wings, pizza, spaghetti and other bar foods. Food came out pretty quick. And tasted good. I am a wing master and I just have to say the wings did not meet my standards. They need larger wings and to cook them well done next time. They were too soft for me. overall good people and cool atmosphere. Just add some crispyness to those wings and it would be 5 stars!

Love this place. My family's favorite place for pizza is pizza factory. The best pizza at a reasonable price. If I want to sit down in a restaurant for pizza this is my #1 choice. Will always be back again.

We like this place a lot...especially the GLUTEN FREE pizza...but their coupons never offer a deal on that. Still, it's nice to have this so close by, and it's nice to call and order with real, LOCAL people, unlike the one that rhymes with Tom an Moe's...where you literally call an overseas call center to order...and they rarely know what the deals even are! And at least this place OFFERS gluten free, unlike the one that rhymes with Brittle Wheezers.

My family and I were pizza shopping as we moved a few years ago and have yet to find any really good pizza places in town. Say, compared to Olgies in San Diego and Vince's in Lancaster. We have yet to find it.We actually hit two pizza places on the same day, this one was our 2nd stop of the day.WOW, the tall kid at the counter with the Airpod in his ear, was not happy to be there and made it known. Very matter-of-fact, not friendly at all, and was not pleasant to order our food with.Given the time of the day on a Saturday, we were surprised there was not that many customers, just a small birthday party. And another couple was seated.Still, took 29 minutes to get our x-large pizza and wings. The pizza here was OK, we would not categorize it as good, certainly not great. They can accommodate a larger gathering (we are holding a 15-person pizza party in a few weeks, just not here.)We went up later to the counter to get a medium box to go, and it took some time for someone to acknowledge us. Perhaps just busy with phone orders. They do have a small game room, full of older games.Overall, nobody there was enthusiastic, nor came across as wanting to be there. I hate to pass judgment on just one visit, but looking at other reviews, seems to be the norm here.We will not be back.

My family and I wanted to check this place out in search of some good pizza. We ended up ordering the breadstix, a 10 piece order of buffalo wings, and 2 large pizzas with meatballs and vegetables. They gave a really decent military discount of 25% which took our total down to $55. The food was just mehhh. It wasn't the worst that we have had, and it wasn't the best. The buffalo wings were good, they were only the mild side in terms of spiciness. The breadstixs were bland and could have had a bit more butter and cheese on them. Without the sauce, it tasted like just eating cooked dough. The pizza was okay. It lacked flavoring, seemed like only one cheese was used which was disappointing, but the crust was on point. Overall we were not impressed. I was hoping the food would have been better than it was but unfortuntely to us it wasn't. The search for great pizza continues.

Very underrated. Better than Dominos and the But by far. Get extra cheese and bacon, you won't be disappointed

We ordered extra cheese on our pizza because there is never enough. Didn't see any extra cheese on today's pizza unless it was pilled in the middle. No cheese ever made it to the outer edges. I guess we upset the cooks by ordering something special.

I usually love it here and the pizza I ordered from doordash was good but the pasta had like two spots of sauce and my breadstick was burnt

I love this place the pizza, service, and its bread sticks. the ambiance is perfect and the games too

Always delicious pizza. Team is always good when going to pick the order up. A bit pricey but look out for the coupons online or in the mail. Highly recommend this place for a good pizza!
