I haven't had Pizza Hut pizza in probably 15-20 years. Was feeling nostalgic and tried it out again, big mistake. Their pizza is equivalent to what you would get at a convention center or school cafeteria. Their larges are equivalent to most other restaurants medium. The attached picture is a slice of their $24 "pepperoni lovers pizza", what a sham. Any leftovers are going to the dogs because it's just not worth keeping to eat again. The old mantra of " pizza is pizza, it's always good" doesn't apply here. The only positives was the staff here that was friendly.

Great location that always gets my order right. Angie is a really nice manager and took care of me. Aaron also was exceptional with his service. Didn’t even have to check the box, everything was fresh, warm and great!

We order takeout about once a week or so. They have great deals compared to other pizza places around the area for a family of 5. Our food is usually hot and ready as the app says, in around 20 minutes, which is perfect for our location. They were slammed with Saturday night business last night, but the crew efficiently sent every order out, accurate and fresh. The team works great together and it’s our standard pizza place. Good quality pizza, great prices. And their traditional wings are always cooked and sauced properly. Great crew!

Visiting family here I live in Vegas. And my neighborhood pizza hut is amazing has good deals, well priced, and the workers go above and beyond in customer service gives it a family owned business vibe. Tried ordering here employees rude and the food is $5 or more than what I pay for the same menu items in Vegas! They also don't honor the 2 for 6.99 deal the pizza is $9 and wings $7.99 why even promote the deal you don't honor? It's no wonder my family strictly sticks to the domino's on cal oaks! Also the past reviews that roach in the pizza is pure nightmare fuel glad I didn't spend a dime here!

Ridiculous. Waited a hour called and then was hung up on before I was finished talking… orginally I ordered pasta and it wasn’t delivered. After I called back I opened up the boxes and really looked at my order to find this. Ridiculous. $80 and I got more bread/ crust and sauce then cheese and toppings. They said they would refund but I get no receipt for refund. Also Said, right thing to do is bring it back. No offer to remake anything at no charge for the inconvenience.Disappointed. If I wanted my food to be remade I would have to wait another hour. Kid was sorry but seemed annoyed with me. Drove back with food, and my kids in the rain, to then be asked if I wanted the refund now. Or to wait till he did it after his shift so he could process it. Or when he was ready later that night. Still Got no receipt for refund. Now I wait till $80 goes back on card. Manager lacked customer service 100%. If the food was made correctly, all the food was delivered, and quality control was checked before cooking this review would not be here.

I could have gotten a better frozen pizza from Walmart then this place! It pisses me off how these food chains in this area can serve garbage to it local customers that pays their salary. Have a little pride in your work and service to your profession, please!!!!

Terrible service I ordered 2 pizza for delivery that never came by the time I called they said that it came through as a pick up order and that it happens all the time... still haven't fixed the website though. by the time I went to pick it up they had thrown it away... didnt give my $55back either.... deffinetly dont recommend buying here

Cockroach alert!!! Don’t normally leave reviews but having a little guy (cockroach) stuck in my pizza was an extra surprise of protein I didn’t expect. “On this episode of fear factor!”
