Cali JR burrito and churro hot the spot! Staff was friendly and professional. Restaurant is exceptionally clean and has a very welcoming atmosphere. The only thing I would have changed about my experience was the amount of churros that I ordered... I definitely should have bought two! ??

As I always say when I post a review for a restaurant that has low ratings is that each person has their opinion and that is what they experienced and I value each one and take them into consideration. Our experience today was awesome from the time Evan took our order to the last bite! Evan had excellent customer service and engaged in providing suggestions. We went for their taco Tuesday special which was $2.50 for street and hard tacos. The carnitas was hands down the winner! Probably one of the most moist and flavorful tacos I had in a very long time! It wasn't dry at all and they did not skimp out on the meat or the toppings with a guacamole creama with onions and cilantro. Don't get me wrong, the hard beef taco was delicious and I will get that as well the next time. The salsa bar was full of salsa, carrots & jalapeños and seared serranos which were perfect for my tacos. The other great touch they had was the self serve chips!! Definitely something that many restaurants do not have even at sit down restaurants. We will definitely be back to take advantage of the other specials they have during the week! Thank you Evan for making our experience even better!

I was so excited to try this place after moving here from San Diego. The one there was my favorite and I would go twice a week. I stopped into this location today and was sorely disappointed. I ordered a chicken taco and tipped well. I was the only person in the restaurant and waited almost 10 minutes for my taco. While waiting I watched the employees stand directly in front of my taco and chat for a bit while moving my taco around the counter. Finally I got my taco and it was literally the worst chicken taco I’ve ever had in my life. The shell was broken in half, the “chicken” inside was little crunchy pieces of… something?

Ordered chipotle chilaquiles and breakfast burrito. The burrito was okay but the chilaquiles were a bad disappointment. Tortillas chips were like just dipped to kinda fry leaving them stale like and the egg that requested scramble was not scramble at all looked like it had gotten scraped from the pan. Told the person that took my order and handed her back the food and she said okay I’ll let the cook know. So I left and spent 30 dollars for something we did not eat.

Don't understand how you can mess up a child's bean and cheese burrito, but they managed to! NO cheese was added! Not one shred of cheese! I asked for added guac, and added sour cream and I think they actually measured a teaspoon of each inside. I paid $13 for a child's bean and cheese and paid extra for guac and sour cream! The guac, sour cream and cheese were non existent. How you can mess that up is beyond me. Won't be trying to order anything from here again. God forbid I order a fish taco I'll probably get a cabbage only taco. *insert eye roll here*

Apparently I ordered Carne Asada FLIES. Ordered thru Grubhub. REGARDLESS, my food was delivered with FLIES tied IN THE BAG, and more flies trapped IN MY PLATE. I guess I should specify I wanted FRIES! But hey, if you like bugs, you'd probably like this place.

I hope people still read Yelp reviews. Please don't waste your money here. Ordered the 619 Monster fries 17.50 plus tax (18.86 total). Nothing monster about it. Barely any meat. Barely any quac. I recommend cheddar cheese instead of jalapeño queso. Fries are crunchy. Looked like vomit.

I used to go here 2-3 times a week. The remodel looks nice, the food is good, but they raised their prices and are now ridiculously too high. Probably won't be going back there again unless they bring their prices back down to earth.
