Okay, I like the food at any Raising Cane's... Food here is great, the kids like it, I do too whenever I need something quick with the kids. So does my husband for whenever we are near home or at work.However, I don't like how much the service at the drive through and inside the establishment has changed within a year... I just left not too long ago, and I felt like I was being serviced by a high schooler who wanted nothing more than to leave at the drive through. The service at In-N-Out and Chick Filet are 5/5 star rating when it comes to service. It definitely does not boost any kind of desire for the food here, if that is the kind of service my family is going to be receiving.I want to give them business, but not with the kind of service that I received.I have no idea what expectations we're conveyed to the employees, but I'm pretty sure it is not to just answer your guests with a "k" and to be short as well as uninviting.

Another completely overrated chicken joint. Nothing special about the only thing they sell, chicken fingers. If that's all you sell, then they should be amazing. The sauce is incredibly overrated,

First time visiting. Went on a Sunday night at 7pm. Staff was fast and friendly. Food was good. We requested extra crispy fries but it came out just regular fries.
the chicken is not crispy, fries are only soggy, drink is just completely filled with ice. do better!

Not only did I get the wrong order, but the receipt they gave me doesn't match my correct order or the wrong order they gave me. My first time there too. Very disappointing.

I was there on Thursday the 14 around 6 an employee off the clock still in work clothes was cussing up a storm and using racial slurs in front of children. We walked out around the same time. He started using racial slurs and homophobia slurs about his manager and his co workers didn't get the full name just started with a R when they called out his name. I all ready made a formal complaint on the website but they most likely wont do anything but that employee needs to be fired.

Food was very good, but service needs work. The food was super delicious compared to other locations that I usually go to. The chicken and fries were fresh and crispy! The restaurant itself was fairly clean and had a good amount of seating. There wasn't a line when we came in, however, yet it took a while for the workers to take our order. We didn't have to wait super long for our food, though, which was nice.It wasn't until a couple of hours after we left that we realized the cashier forgot to give us our change back. This made me quite upset, but it was also my fault for not checking at the time. We were gonna go back, but felt that it wasn't worth it and just thought of it as giving them a tip.The restroom also didn't have any paper towels and the parking lot is pretty tiny. Overall, not a bad location but could be better.

Waitress taking my order clearly had a cold which is incredibly unprofessional in a food service environment. The chicken is so greasy that the breading is barely attached. One of the fingers was almost completely unbreaded due to it all falling off from the excessive oil and grease. Stick with Chick-Fil-A!
