This was the worst experience I have ever had at Starbucks. I paid extra for crunch and caramel for my drinks. I cannot have the whip cream on top because it was an allergy. They of course gave me the drink with none of the extra things I paid for and with the whip cream. When I asked for them to please remake it because I have the allergy. Courtney took it and just wiped off the whip cream with it still remaining in the cup. I told her AGAIN that it was an allergy and I need it to be remade. She gave me a dirty look and then remake it mumbling under her breath. At this point I felt very uncomfortable and disrespected. All I asked was for my drink to be made correctly and when it wasn’t I asked for it to be remade nicely and I was given an attitude. She then remade it with none of the crunch. I then asked if I could just get a side of it since I already paid for extra on the top and bottom. I then asked the other two workers there to make sure everything I paid for was in the drink. They were very kind and helpful, although the crunch was still left out. I then asked Courtney if I could just get a side because I didn’t want to wait any longer. She then poured it in a cup and then slide it all across the counter which was accompanied by a dirty look. I said thank you and left very uncomfortable. No one who has that type of attitude should be working in customer service. I usually never made a review but this left me astonished. My coffee was 2/3 way full. And the other drink they made lacked flavor entirely. Another customer there was complaining of the same thing - lack of flavor in her drink

Admittedly, I'm addicted to my weekly Starbucks fix, and generally it's a good experience. The baristas are friendly and kind. And the coffee drinks are good. But I was very disappointed on Saturday, 9-3. I ordered my grande - hot white choc mocha as I normally do. But today I asked for light on the whip cream because it seems you get a smaller cup of coffee after the whip cream melts. So when I ordered today with light whip cream, I expected my cup to be more filled with coffee and less whip cream. But much to my disappointment, I still got a partial cup of coffee and just less whip cream. If I'm gonna pay $5.65 for a cup of coffee, I expect that cup to be filled. But after I pulled away from drive thru window and took the lid off, I saw that the coffee was literally 1 inch shy of being a full cup of coffee. That is NOT OK!! Next time I go there, I am going to tell the manager I want a FULL cup of coffee and a discount for my previous partial cup. Not happy!! Fill up the cups! Just common sense!

The previous Team Lead Lacey was the absolute best!! Since she has been gone and a new TL has been installed, it is a very different place and not in a good way. The new Team Lead takes the position a bit too seriously!! It's just coffee.....lighten up!! She talks down to the team members as well as the Guests and is rather condescending. Again, it's just serving coffee. It is not and never will be a six figure real management job where your decisions actually matter or make a difference. I understand that the fun and lighthearted atmosphere that Lacey brought to the place is long gone, but my advice to the new TL? Stick with what was working and pull your head out!! It's not about you, it's about the Guests and always has been. If you cannot be pleasant, then head over to Walmart. They need people like you!!

I left my home in San Marcos at 715am headed to church in carlsbad (Day break Church on poinsettia. I stopped at FIVE STARBUCKS on the way and EACH WAS CLOSED!!! This Starbucks was open and staff very empathetic and helpful.

My son ordered the impossible sandwich. Still cold. Drive through window employee must be having a bad day. I had difficulty putting card in machine to pay and she wouldn't take the card or help. She didn't say much our entire transaction. She gave the total amount due and that is. Not a hello or have a great day. This was the location across from vista murrieta high school.
