This Starbucks inside Target has the slowest service ever. In fact, it's so slow I'm writing this review while I wait in line. Everyone is always very nice, but God help you if you want a coffee relatively quick. Just do your shopping and go somewhere else. I'm done writing this and still waiting, so...

Probably the worst service I've had at a Starbucks. We were ignored for about 3 minutes just standing at the register, watching Emily and Sarah make a drink and shake a whip cream can. There was absolutely no enthusiasm when we finally were acknowledged. I understand it's new year day and people are tired, but zero customer service is never acceptable.

Not the Barista’s fault however the store has only two baristas working on a Saturday mid afternoon at target. Short-staffed and extra long wait times.

Even though it's in the tiny Target, I'll stop by and visit if I'm in the area. I even prefer it over the stand alone one next to the bank. They always have the best merch and the best service, plus it's rarely ever crowded or I have the gift of beating the line every time. They are always so helpful and kind, patient and knowledgeable on their products and the Starbucks laws. I had quite a few questions today on different matters and they took the time to explain each one to me in a way that I understood that their corporate office couldn't! So the best things about my visit today was 1) you can now use stars to redeem for food, drinks and merch 2) they had my favorite spinach feta wrap that I was craving that two other locations didn't have this morning 3) DESTINY!! She is always the highlight of my visits, just the sweetest human being. Harmon was amazing today too, so huge shout out to you both!

I was on my way to work last night and in need of some coffee. I thought to myself how lucky am I to find a Starbucks open till nine. Got off the freeway and pulled up around 8:35 to only find the doors locked and spotting the mop out for cleaning. Very disappointed , there was also two other cars who arrivrd to find the same upsetting results. I gave them two stars only because the were cleaning the floors

Don't know the name of the person who made both of the drinks I ordered, but learn how to make a drink and don't complain to your coworker under your breathe that people shouldn't order drinks that you don't know how to make. (Btw it was a drink off the menu above their heads). Also how the hell do you mess up putting Carmel in a drink and instead put butterscotch.

Horrible service. Came in and ordered 2 drinks the cashier was friendly however the batista was a total j**** His name tag said Chrispy on it and he was the worst. I literally watched him serve people that came in after me and when I asked him where my drinks were his comment to me was, "I don't know, I just got here!" Which was a lie because he was there when I walked in. Just admit that you screwed up and say your sorry for losing my order somehow. Total j***

I wish I could remember her name, but I believe it's Yazel, or something similar. Anyway, every time I go in there she is extremely sweet, friendly, patient and professional. Great customer service!!
At 7:11 am this morning 10/10/2020 my daughter lost her EarPods there white with a blue outer rubber case if found there is a REWARD thank you 562-321-7610 .

I wish I could remember the name of the girl who helped my sister and I out. I noticed there were bad reviews but because it is a newer Starbucks embedded into Target and they don't always have a full staff of people for their kiosk, they are still getting a hang of things. I had a really good experience. The worker their was able to help me modify a macchiato into a nondairy drink and she killed it with my sisters skinny mocha frap. She said it was the best she ever had! My ONLY complaint is that I wished the store would hire more people for their kiosk. ALOT of Traffic goes through Starbucks so it silly to expect a single person help out a whole line of people.

I really apperciate this Starbucks and their Friendly Partners, especially Dustin & Allyson. It is always a chill place to come in, pleasant vibes, warm and friendly conversation. I like how the partners always check in and see how I am doing. Also I love that they know to have 3 Extra Waters, since I can't order it in the app ready to go with my order. This Starbucks is the best, I have and will continue I recommending this Starbucks!

My experience at this Starbucks was amazing and that is a direct reflection on the employees working here tonight. Paige, Dustin and Kay should model customer service for the rest of the company. Not only was my experience her amazing, but I sat and watched as I drank my coffee as they helped other customers. These employees welcomed every customer, used their regular's names and made an effort to use the names of every customer. Despite the fact it was consistently busy, the experience was personalized for every customer. Keep up the great customer service. I will be back!! 1/4/19 As I stated above, I came back, this time I had the pleasure of coming in the morning. Same great store, same great staff. All of the customers in the morning formed quite the line but the staff here know their customers/regulars and the line moved very fast. I feel it is important to say Sara, Debbie, Allison, Joyce and Bailey....GREAT JOB!!!o
