FYI - The Murrieta (MURRIETA HOT SPRINGS) Submarina is CLOSED. Fortunately, before we drove there, I "Googled" the Murrieta Submarina location to look at their menu. Google showed the location as "temporarily closed." Then, I went to the direct Submarina website and they also show this location as closed. Not wanting to just website verify this information, I called the Murrieta (Murrieta Hot Springs Rd) store - the phone just rang and rang, there was no message (this, would have been nice to do for their customers). The Murrieta Antelope Road Submarina DOES still show as an open restaurant/location.

If the girl behind the counter takes this long to make each sandwich, they really need some help in this place. Been standing in line for 30 minutes so far (5 people ahead of me when I came in. 1 more to go and then I'm up) I'm late for my lunch clock in now, but I've committed to eating today ? I mean, I get being by yourself, but I've watched paint dry faster than this girl makes a sandwich. **Slices a piece of meat -puts on sandwich - slices another piece - puts on sandwich.....turns to look at board to see what is actually on sandwich - looks for cheese....etc.*Half of customers behind me in line turn around and walk out. Wish I did too, but that should have happened 25 minutes ago ?I really never write reviews, but this sucks. Bummer too cause I LOVED sub marina growing up as a kid ?

Closed at 1:30pm on a Wednesday? Not only that but the last few times I've ordered from this place specifically my sandwich is soggy. Was going to go in this time to get a meal but it's closed. Sad

I had a pastrami sandwich today that was delicious! The good looking young man with the green hair did a great job! The owner, I believe, I will call him Mr. Padre was so nice! I absolutely would recommend anyone ready for a delicious sandwich to try them out!

I would give this place a zero if I could, my coworker and I went on our 1hr lunch break, I ordered the Santa Fe sandwich and was told they are out of bacon if I wanted extra meat, I said fine but was disappointed as the bacon is what makes the sandwich taste better. By the time we paid and got our sandwich it took a total of 40mins. I asked if the owner was there as I just wasted my entire lunch break waiting in line and the man I asked told me he was the owner, I explained on how dissatisfied I was with the service and all he said was ok and nod as if he didn't care. I will not be returning to this location which sucks because this was one of my favorite spots. Don't waste your time coming here unless you want a sandwich with half the the ingredients that go in it or mind wasting your lunch break waiting in line.

Was welcomed In like family even though I Stepped in prior to close without realizing it. If you search my profile you will see I do not review stores so that alone should tell you something! I met Kyle, who made me the most magnificent Italian sandwich on French bread. He was wearing a hat that read "greatful" along the back of it. Little did I expect that motto to bleed out into his customer service. We spoke about Murrieta and the importance of taking care of each other. This was a breath of fresh air in today's society. The location itself is in a shopping plaza next to a coffee shop. Very clean and traditional for a sandwich shop, reminds me of the pizza shops we have back in Massachusetts. Anyways, after this experience I couldn't speak higher of the establishment or the employees. This trip made my month. I will be back everytime I'm in the area! Thank you Kyle!

Love this place usually. But I walked in today. 1:30 on a Thursday to a women with her back turned stating that she was "closed for the day". The doors were open and it's lunch time on a weekday. Very confusing especially since the open sign is still on with flashing colors

DISGUSTING SANDWICH!! ZERO STARS!! I would never recommend this location to anyone! Food upset my stomach and gave me the runs. This place is ran down and not well kept cleanliness is horrible. It's Probably why this location has violations. I would Avoid this place at any cost and just make a sandwich at home. It will taste 100% better and your guaranteed a fresh sandwich and your day won't be ruined. Anyone can make a sandwich better than this location. Their service was Awful they take forever to make a sandwich that is disgusting!!

I love Submarina. The bread is always so fresh and soft. The sandwiches are always delicious but I'm leaving this review because of the two girls that made our sandwiches Faith & Kirrin. They were so welcoming and pleasant. Their personalities stood out so much. They are happy to make you exactly what you want and treat you with so much kindness. Not only to me but every customer I heard them interact with.. I could go on and on about these two. The world needs more customer service like they both provided. Thank you girls!!!

I am usually a big fan of Submarina, but today I ordered a pick up order and once I got it I was very disappointed. My entire sandwich looked smashed, the bread was soggy and gross due to the large amount of mustard, pickles, and Mayo. I was really hangry b/c it was too busy for me to leave work so when I ordered pick up for my friend to pick up for me it made me even more mad that I couldn’t enjoy my my meal.

Submarina use to be around the corner now it's a ten minute drive and I still go at least once week. They never disappoint, wish I knew the two young ladies names that are always there when I go. Customer service is beyond amazing and the way they make the sandwiches, omg!!! Sandwiches here taste fresh, healthy and are just really damn good!! Tuesdays and Saturdays I believe are double stamped days, s quick way to get free sandwiches. Submarina is a little pricey but trust it's worth it.

I love deli sandwiches and this place hits the spot every time! I ordered the Peppered Turkey on Squaw and it's was absolutely delicious! Piled with lots of Turkey and veggies, everything was fresh and the bread was soft. The owner made my sandwich and he had great customer service. I will be back to support. Ps. The cookies were freshly baked.

This place deserves 10 stars. The owner is the nicest, and the employees are just as nice. Service was lightning fast, ambiance was warm and welcoming, and the food tasted amazing. My 9 yr old son said their lettuce tasted fresh and crisp. The sub was filling, and you can tell they take pride in creating the sandwiches. Don't forget to grab a chocolate chip cookie or two, even three. It's scrumptious.

My new favorite spot. The employees are super nice. The sandwiches are amazing, they are packed with meat and all the fixings. This location is hands down better than subway and the other guys. Next time you need a sub the Marina is where you should be. Don't deny your self of an amazing sandwich.
