So so upset and disappointed!!! Just made an online order tonight and my husband went to pick it up. When he came home, I found out that most of the orders are messed up. Wrong bread on one, the other is missing ALL the vegetables and dressings, and wrong sizes of sandwiches. I hate that I even provided a tip! What’s more unfortunate is that we can’t go back and ask them to fix it because they are closed for the night. I just want my money back at this point.

I really really like this Submarina, but it seems that every time I order (not in person) I ALWAYS get white cheese. I CAN NOT eat white cheese it makes me gag. I called to get a new sandwich (yes it was THIS location) and they said they don’t recall my order, which is really disappointing b/c I am at work and can not leave so now I’m stuck with a sandwich I don’t want to eat. I guess I’ll just be coming in from now on and watching every ingredient being put on my sandwich since my order can’t be rectified b/c no one recalls my order. I’m so upset, I haven’t eaten since breakfast.

Haven't been to this submarina before, and decided to stop in. VERY clean and welcoming!! 3 ladies were working that afternoon around 11:35pm on a Tuesday. All we SUPER nice and gave WONDERFUL customer service!! The food was extremely fresh and the options were great! I got the ATC on Sqaw sliced bread. It was so full and delicious! That can also make things into huge, abundant salads!!!!! I watched them make one ahead of me and it definitely made me decide that would be my next order when I come in again!! Not only salads, but they do wraps also! I can't wait to come back!!! I highly recommend this place to anyone - the dieters, the gym goers, the salad and sandwich lovers or anyone trying to clean up their diet! You truly will not regret it!!!

Vira, Trish, and Alexa are a terrific team and great face for the company! I am allergic to black pepper and at each stage of my sandwich there was glove changing, freshly cleaned knife, and special attention to getting my condiments from the storage containers below the counter. Their attitudes were terrific and the store was super clean. It is rare that I can eat out but I’ll definitely return to this store. Way to go Ladies!! ? Keep up the great work.

Sandwiches were above our expectations and great customer service! I'm not sure who all these rude people that wrote negative reviews but their food was fresh, staff was very friendly and it seems like the ones who wrote these reviews were probably stuck up snotty people. Go to your nasty jersey mikes, only come here if you like fresh delicious sandwiches and friendly people, haha!

Pretty disappointed with this place. The food is average but I could make these sandwiches at home and they'd taste better. Portions are gigantic though, so if you're hungry that's one good thing. These sandwiches feel like they're double the size (in girth) of what you'd get at Subway. They also gave us a couple of Andes mints in the bag, so that was also nice. Service was pretty lackluster. They let you taste the sauces but the workers all looked miserable, like they didn't want to be there. I had to repeat my order to the cashier three times, and even then she didn't ring it up correctly until a coworker repeated the order once more. There's also no order to how they build the sandwiches; my wife and I each got a sandwich but the ingredients were arranged differently in each. It just looks sloppy and further reinforces that the workers just don't care. Even though the sandwiches are huge, I still thought the price was incredibly high. We got two average-tasting sandwiches and somehow paid $35?! I don't think it's worth the money and I probably won't be coming back.

Gotta love this shop. I just moved into the area and have been here three times already! The peppered Cali on an onion bread is to die for. It's nice having local small owned shops in the area that take pride in their food and clients. Service was friendly and welcoming.

I wanted toasted sourdough for my sandwich today. As soon as the bread person put it in the oven and the next lady saw there were 2 people behind me, she took it out. Wasn't even a minute, and bread was cold. Also, do you think you could look at the customers and smile? Geez!
