The owners of this subway have been so kind every time I have ordered from here. They work very hard and try their best to be quick as possible. I've never had a bad sandwich from this specific location.

I stopped by this location for lunch. There was only one customer when I arrived. I waited to be helped, I asked the lady working if there was dairy in the bread. She replied, I'm not sure, I think it's like regular bread you buy at the grocery store. Then she said, let me ask my manager. He answered yes, there. I asked to be clear, "all your bread has dairy?" He mumbled something and the lady turned back to me and said yes, there is. According to the website, that isn't correct but no-one at this location could be bothered to look it up. I have a severe dairy allergy and was in need of something quickly. My meeting had run longer that expected and I had to take medication with food. I would have given zero stats but sadly that's not an option.

This place has the best subway sandwiches in town. Quality of food is consistently fresh and good. Service is always personable and excellent. Sometimes we eat inside instead of getting our order to go and it's quiet, clean and pleasant.

Well.... If you are vegetarian, not too good. If you are vegan, forget it. If you go inside, and 'continuously' prompt the sandwich maker to,... "add more, please", of lettuce, paper thin tomatoes, paper thin cucumbers, peppers, a small amount of avocado, for vegan and add paper thin slices of cheese, if you are vegetarian, you MIGHT have an ok sandwich. If you order online though, you have no options to say.... "add more, please". Thus you wind up with a pretty pathetic sandwich, like we did, last time I ordered. That's it for Subway. We are breaking up. .

This is probably the cleanest, nicest subway I've ever been too. The sandwiches were also very fresh. I've been to soooo many subways.... And many times the bread is stale and workers are jerks. I like the ambience of the place too with the big lit up sign and the cute pictures on the walls- never seen that before.

Normally this place is fine, nothing great but not awful solid 3-3.5 stars. Today I placed an order through the Subway app that was canceled about half an hour after placing the order. The email said to contact the store directly for assistance. I call and they say they have no record of it. How was the order accepted and cancelled if nobody has record of it? How was I charged with no order being placed? Whatever. I ask how I can get a refund and the lady on the line tells me to contact my bank. Apparently if you use the app at this location they may just keep your money and not provide any food and have no email address, phone number, or any other service options to provide. I asked if there was a number I can call for this and she said no and did not apologize at any point during this issue. Not a great look. I am close to this location so it's convenient when I need a quick lunch, but I may not be back considering the complete lack of even trying to help. When asking about a refund she literally replied with "I don't know what you want me to do". Awful service in a less than ideal situation that could have been handled way better by someone who actually cared.

2nd time ordering curbside from this place. 1. They're is no curbside pickup parking, so when you check in that you are outside they never come out. I had to walk-in when it gave me the option to check in as curbside pick up. Twice 2. Order was not ready both times I ordered when the app indicated my order was ready.3. They missed at least one item in every sandwich both times I ordered.

Ordered for the buy one get one free deal for this month and when I picked it up, I didn’t know until I got home, but there was barely any meat inside, it was mostly bell peppers and onions. It’s was really dry and I ended up just throwing it away. If I had new I would’ve asked for a refund. Do better

Despite modest entrance, this place is one of the cleanest and well maintained Subways I’ve seen. Service was great and ordering effortless. Sandwiches were great too with fresh ingredients.
