Alexander was excellent he was very friendly and helpful to the other employees there. I enjoyed my interaction with him and it made my experience very pleasant at subway.

I keep giving this place the benefit of the doubt but they continuously mess up. I placed a mobile order and it seems as though the staff doesn't know how to read a receipt as my order was completely wrong for the third time. I thought it would be easier to read an order than have it said but apparently no one knows how to read anymore.

One guy working and no customers so you would think all the Vegas and meats would be restocked and the place would be clean. Bread was stale and the meat and cheese was the last slice in the container. Also, not enough meat was added. I've never been to a subway in this condition. This was second time at this location with a bad experience and I will not be returning.

Fresh made to order sandwiches with quality ingredients. The service here is always good and the two young men that have helped me are always quick and attentive. Sandwiches are a little on the pricey side for what you get, but that's the norm these days unfortunately. Overall I have always had a great experience at this location.

I've been going to subway for decades, Love the sandwiches. Today I had the slowest and worst experience in all my years. I got there at 1:09 PM. There was one gentleman working. I left at 1:39, took me 30 minutes to get a foot long. While I was there. I saw 3 people come in and leave, got tired of waiting.This location has been slow in the past. If every experience Ive ever had was like this one I would never go to Subway again.

The guys were professional and served customers with speed and accuracy. Great customer service ! Kudos to the 2 guys working when I went. I'll make sure to get their names next time.

It was good. Came in about 45 Minutes before close so the bread wasn't fresh. Mine was flakey and hard in areas. Good customer service so the 4 stands because it was getting close to close.

The only good thing about my experience yesterday was I did not blow my stack. I used the subway app to order 3 sandwiches, I was told the sandwiches would be ready at 2:10 pm. I arrived at 2pm, it was suppose to be a curbside delivery, I gave a description of my blue SUV in the app. 15 minutes pass, nothing. Meanwhile another car Parks near me and goes inside the Subway. It's now 2:20pm, I still don't have my sandwiches. I go inside and ask is their a problem with my order? I was told they had a lot of orders and were running behind. I figure okay, there are only 2 people there, I'll wait inside. Meanwhile, the person who parked next to me, leaves with their sandwich made. I'm now pissed off, but I still remain calm. I'm offered a free soda and bag of chips for my long wait, I take the chips and finally 5 minutes after that person left, my sandwiches are complete. I go home to find one of the sandwiches was not completely wrapped, then I distribute the sandwiches, only to find that when I open my sandwich, it was the wrong sandwich, I paid for steak and was given chicken. I drive back to the Subway, to show them my order, by now there are 10 people inside the location. I show them that my order was wrong once again, but instead of working on my sandwich, I'm made to wait an additional 25 minutes. I'm livid at this point but I do not make a scene even though it is understandable if I had been angry. I am a type 2 diabetic, it's bad enough I had to wait, even though my order was paid for and made on the app. The line I was given that there were multiple orders in front of mine was an absolute lie. I watched someone order inside the restaurant and get their sandwich before mine were completed, then I have to comeback because I was given the wrong sandwich? How much b******* should I take. If you can't even finish the orders in the order they were received, how can you be expected to keep up. I should've gotten my $31.95 back for all I had to endure. I learned my lesson, I will NEVER go back to Subway, let alone the location on Los Alamitos Road in Murrieta. The sandwiches were NOT worth what I paid for, were made sloppily and were wrong. Obviously if I could give 0 stars for this review, I would have. Such a disappointment.

Food and service was terrible. Asked them to substitute the marinara sauce in the meatball subs for mayo and they refused service to me because I didn't have clothes on.

Came at 845 to get dinner. Says they close at 9. Lights off, "Open" sign off. People mopping and everything put away. Just for your information. Closing at 9 means you serve until 9 and then close your doors. Not be prepared to dash out right at 9. Get better employees.

May 25,2022 Order on the phone it was around 8:10 pm. Employee told me to come in instead and when I asked "I can't order on the phone?" Another male employee answered said he can take my order so I went ahead and placed my order of a foot long tuna sandwich and a 6inch tuna sandwich. I asked my little girl to pay for the sandwich only for her to come back with 2 foot long subs. Then when I got home to eat my sandwich I realized it was flat and as I took a bite I noticed I wasn't tasting the tuna. So I opened the sub and sure enough no tuna no cheese and all vegetables This business isn't going to last if employees keep messing with customers orders
