Great subway sandwhich , fresh bread. just the right amount of sauce my sandwich was not soggy and the right amount of veggies , cant go wrong with a roast beef and pepperoni so delicious and i have to say i had great service.

Normally it's fine. People are usually very nice but today I saw what I believe is the supervisor named Brooklyn. She was super rude with an attitude problem. Someone with that big of an issue should not be a supervisor even for fast food.

Went to this location for the first time because it is on my way to work. The man who helped me was very incompetent, he was throwing the meats and toppings on the sub. I have never watched someone working in Subway do that before, the Provolone cheese was pulled apart unlike it’s half moon shape, he was using the same plastic gloves to move things from the front to the back and handling food. When he squirted the sauces on my sub it was all order the place. I was hesitant to eat my sub, but I ate it but it didn’t taste good like it normally does. Like it wasn’t fresh. I’m definitely not going back to this location. I wasn’t able to take any pictures because my camera on my phone isn’t working right now. Otherwise I would have took pictures of the mess. And it seems they have changed their southwest chipotle sauce at subway because it doesn’t taste the same.

Oh yes the customer service situation yet again in this area. Usually it's pretty good here and easy-going. Most recently the hires that they have are lacking. Simple solution to a minor problem. They did not scan my coupon and when I was tapping to pay it added a three dollar tip. Didn't feel like holding up the line to fix it so I told him I would come back to fix it.I come back to have the tip credited and for them to scan the coupon. The girl calls her manager who is not available and proceeds to tell me they are not going to refund the sandwich. I never asked for them to refund the sandwich! I asked them to honor the coupon That they did not scan and to refund the tip that was added erroneously. Obviously I don't know anybody that tips someone for one sandwich three dollars.She says they're not going to do that and I have to pay full price for the sandwich even though they did not add it. I told them you know what keep the tip And keep the sandwich I will not be going there any longer. Last time I was there the food looked old anyway it looked fine today and I was just about to order more sandwiches. However if they cannot do what is right they will not have my money in this location.I am just constantly shocked at how people do business in this area. It's really sad.

Best subway in Murrieta. Always so generous with portions and very friendly. I live next to a different subway but come here instead. Today I cheated and went to the location nearest to me cause after school traffic, Friday traffic, and construction traffic happening all at once and regret it terribly they were even stingy with veggies it's just wet bread. I'll never go elsewhere again this location is worth the traffic. Keep up the good work you guys!

i ordered for pickup and when i got to work i saw my sandwich had MOLD !! i called and the guy who answered said they could remake it but he couldn't do anything else, i told him i was at work and i also don't want to eat at ANY subway anymore after this experience !! i did a survey and called back and still haven't received any response or email. definitely letting everyone i know about my negative experience and that i'm never going to another subway againi just want my money back :(

Stopped by for a quick bite during our drive back home to San Diego from Redlands. The store was empty and the two guys working were quick to help us build our sandwiches. Since the night was slow, they were a bit more generous with their portions, stuffing our sandwiches with toppings. The tables were clean so we ate inside, and the sandwiches were delicious, as was the cookie we ordered. Decent spot right off the freeway to stop at. Plenty of parking, and a few other businesses in the plaza, along with a gas station.

The food chain is well known for good healthy choices. This location in particular is right next to a Starbucks and Ice-cream parlor, temptations and as expected the food quality is good, staff is friendly and sitting area clean.

I ordered two footlongs on the coupon buy one get one free. I only received one footling and one 6”. It appears the staff can’t read. This location has always messed our orders. I tried to call them to let them know and they never answered the phone. I tried six times. I have attached a photo of the receipt. Don’t go to this location it sucks.
