The food is still delicious and the prices are reasonable. But recent changes, not for the better, dropped this place from my list of favorites. Recently, I took my mom, who looks forward to going to La Bufadora when she visits. When our food was ready, we noticed only one roasted pepper was on our tray. I asked the server if we could have one more and she said we had to pay for it, 3 for $1. I made a separate transaction for one dollar, which was very inconvenient having to get back in line. The packaged sauce is delicious, but a downgrade from the former salsa bar options. I’m guessing you have to pay extra if you ask for more salsa, so I didn’t ask.Anyway, hope this place turns it around. It was a fav pick for a long time.

Rude young lady taking orders. It appears she was bothered that I paid cash, when she returned my change, she literally threw the coins in my hand. There are plenty of places to eat that will treat customers better, I will not be returning.

I clearly told the dude in the front (already giving me side eye and a serious tone since the moment I said hey) that I wanted carne asada fries and these mfs just gave me a plate with plain unseasoned fries and charged me for carne asada fries. Poor attitude and even poorer service. Everyone in the back looked like they were in a bad mood with the customers but not each other and lady that gave me my food gave a weird tone as well. I literally just stepped in, ordered my food respectfully, and got jibbed without noticing until an hour after we got the food because I had errands to run after. They're closed now so I can't even take it back. Idk what they're issue is but being professional is a thing of the past I guess. It’s like they pick and choose who they like and who they’re gonna actually try for. It’s like they pick and choose who they like and who they’re gonna actually try for. I’m respectful anywhere I go until someone’s disrespectful first. This crew just had an attitude problem.

Food is GREAT!! Service is a hit and miss... looks like they've hired new young kids but they don't look like they want to work... not rude... but also not friendly nor inviting. TORTA is good and FISH TACOS is a must... but a year ago they used to be a deal on Wednesday... nowadays they seem to not have any deals everything is regular price I've opted to go elsewhere (when tacos are $1 less and I'm buying 5 at a time... it makes a difference $2.50 vs $3.50)... we used to go every Wednesday... now see just go once a month
