I ordered from Wendy's on Murrieta Hot Springs tonight through Doordash and cannot believe how incompetent these workers are. I ordered 2 Jr Bacon Cheeseburger and instead received a chicken sandwich and a hamburger. Obviously, these were not Jr Bacon Cheeseburgers. I did not receive my daughter's apple slices and received the completely wrong drink. Never ordering from here again. This is the second time in a week they have provided incorrect items. They clearly need more competent literate workers that can comprehend an order and the difference between a chicken sandwich and Jr Bacon Cheeseburger.

Lady in the drive thru was harassing my husband. She tried flirting with him and making comments about his appearance. I was in the passenger seat as she was making these comments and my husband felt very uncomfortable about it. She had no respect whatsoever. I don’t know her name but the next time I come here and recognize her, I will confront her about it again and make sure to take her name down and record it, and press charges for harassment.

I've gone here 3 times since I moved around the corner and I've cancelled my order and left all 3 times.This time I decided to be patient and wait. Idk what their goal is but it must be to get their franchise owner to shut the place down.I LOVE WENDYSBut this location is just bad.Dude at the window laughs n says "naw bruh. We ain't got no hot sauce. But what else you want? We got no barbecue either but we got ranch honey mustard and hot sauce"What.the.h*ll man**EDIT**I asked for a ranch and hot sauce.Just one each.I got zero sauce. This place needs to get checked. Straight garbage. Food was barely warm too.

Such an underrated food chain. Everything was super tasty and came out really quick! We used the app to claim our rewards and everything went really smoothly. Usually there's always a problem when using a rewards system for other food places, but this one was easy. The restaurant itself was really clean and spacious. There were so many seats and the interior was very nice. The worker was nice and the restroom was also clean -- which is RARE. I'm really surprised by the terrible rating, but I think it's because people forget it's a fast-food restaurant and act like they're supposed to receive a Michelin Star restaurant experience. We got such a good value for our meal and are so happy with everything! We'll definitely be coming back!

They had us and a few others waiting an hour for our food.. It’s actually inexcusable. No amount of sorries or “coupons” would ever be enough, wouldn’t even discount or refund us and their higher up manager wasn’t even present- nor speaks english.

Usually I don't have complaints, food is always hot and fresh, the price tho makes it even out so never review... Until now. I paid almost 30 dollars for them to give me the wrong frosty. Pumpkin spice is not what I ordered. And they didn't put my fries in my bag. So no fries and wrong frosty that I hated. Over 5 bucks basically they took me for. Not happy.
Expensive! But the orange frosty was tasty.
