I just had their food at the Maker Faire. I can comfortably say I've just had the worst fried rice ever. As in, not fried. No flavor. And Cold shrimp thrown on top. Chicken wings tasty on the outside, Cold on the inside. How do you overcook a potsticker? Bleah!!!

Not everyone can do a food truck! Waiting for 40 min in line just to be told 90% of food is sold out is unacceptable! I will never, ever look to these people. Don't care how good the food is. Wasted my day and made my family upset. Live and learn the hard way!!!

i'm sorry to leave a negative review but the food here was very disappointing (and not cheap). The bulgogi tasted nothing like other (good) bulgogi I've had in the past. it was basically flavorless and surrounded by an excessive amount of wet lettuce. The potstickers were relatively tasty but they were deep fried rather than sautéed on one side and there wasn't much filling. I agree with some of the other criticisms of this place.

We just went today to try the food here for the first time, we ordered the beef fried rice and spring rolls and pot stickers.. For the price we paid, I thought we were going eat something delicious ..ooh boy I couldn't eat the beef fried rice the beef was so horrible, tasted so sour and the fried rice was so dried and chewy. I will never come here again! Sorry TJ, it's a no for me!

FAIR PRICES / GOOD "BAG HEFT" / GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE / DEPTH OF FLAVORS / 4.5 StarsTried this spot out for the first time and will go back: great staff, fair prices, and I liked the things I had. More like 4.5 stars, IMO. I got a very positive first impression when I called the number listed and did not get an answer, but my phone rang back seconds later and it was them. Easily placed an order and when I showed up about ten minutes later it was ready to rock, that was efficient and a thoughtful way to do business! They were wrapping up at the Tuesday morning Farmer's Market and heading over to Soscol site at around noon or so. Going earlier, getting some things at the market, and eating at there would be a nice morning adventure! Started with the pot stickers, which were plump and had great flavor. Deep-fried and felt very crisp and "light" with no heavy/old oil taste. Good serving for $8, added some of the hot sauce and sweet & sour sauce that the helpful person at the window directed me toward. Would have them again, for sure. Had the shrimp fried rice, which was delicate and flavorful, perhaps the slightest bit small for $14.50 but the shrimp were very fresh and served steamed in full. I cut them up and mixed them into the rice and it was very tasty! Rice also seemed almost steamed, and this order did not have the classic fried rice feel, but still was solid. My favorite was the excellent TJ Chicken Chow Mein! It was chock full of bok choy, carrots, sesame/garlic/onion, and had some pickled radish on the side. This dish was really hearty and when I had it later for dinner it reheated well and was a great value at $15. This had terrific depth of flavor and I will definitely order this again! There are many other dishes I will be exploring, the bulgogi beef options are tempting as well as the cucumber salad and the chicken adobo salad. I bet the XLB are also good, and I have not seen them around Napa so that adds to my interest! Thanks, Thomas and staff! See you again soon!

I got the bibimbop... flavors were fine but the only veggies in it were pickled onions and cucumbers. No Kim chee, mushrooms or mushrooms like in the pictures. Also there were literally at least 30 whole black peppercorns. Each bite was torture so I stopped to pick them out. There was a lot of meat so that's nice! The peppercorn lack of veggies thing did me in though... :(

Great food and great service!!! We ordered the meat combo, soup dumplings and bbq pork bun! It was delicious!!! We were waiting in our car and I'm assuming it was Thomas who walked to our car and delivered our food to us and gave us some yummy shrimp chips to snack on!!! He went above and beyond! It was definitely worth the drive from Fairfield! We will be back.

This is the third repurchase, and I have bought this xiaolongbao next to the car and also chosen the delivery option. The boss Jing come from Shandong China who married American gentleman Thomas, that’s why the name is TJ dimsum.Jing is exceptionally skilled in making pastries. This Xiaolongbao is an elevation of traditional Xiaolongbao, pan-fried buns, and soup dumplings. The bottom is crispy, and the outer skin is soft. When you take a bite, the soup from the meat filling splashes out, so I recommend taking a small bite first, drinking the soup, and then savoring the other half. The addition of ginger and scallions eliminates the pork's gamy smell and enhances the flavor tremendously. The meat filling has been thoroughly mixed and pounded for a long time, making it incredibly firm.Once you take a bite, you won't be able to stop. I shared them with my friends at a party, and everyone praised them and asked me for the purchasing information. I feel like I've discovered a treasure, so I absolutely recommend it!

To start the food was bland. My bulgogi was more of a beef stew, and the shumai and pot stickers tasted like cardboard. The didnt even give me the kimchi that was advertised, but I was so disappointed in the rest of the food that I didnt want to go back for it. The staff was really nice. The parking isn't great because the bank they park next two has signs everywhere... but that isn't their fault. I just wish the food had some flavor to it. I am still on the search for the great Asian quick spot in Napa.

This is the best soup dumpling (Tang Bao)I tried since very long time ????Most of the soup dumplings were steamed, this one chaned to fry the batton ,so the batton very crispy the skin very thin and has very good structure .Jing made soup first ,she frozen the soup into pudding style and then mixed with fresh ground pork, she used ginger and green onion take out the smell of the pork, give the meat very fresh aromas, and beat the meat so many times until the protein comes out , it gives the meat very nice structure. The pudding melt when the fire heat them up, become very juicy soup.Take a bite, drink soup, eat all Bao . ????It’s transitional, authentic, and improved the soup dumpling to next level. ????Go to get some boxes now, I eat oftenvery satisfied

10/10!I'm so happy o finally got to try TJ dim sum! It's right by my house.I got the xiao long bao (soups dumplingsPork bao bunsPotstickers Super good flavor! Not over greasy at all! I would have liked my potstickers not all the way fried (I like them fried on one side and steamed on the other side.)The soup dumplings are the best! They are fun to eat, the broth was clean, and the filling was a nice pork filling. They were cooked to perfection and had a crunchy thinf attached to the dumplings with added another level of flavor and texture! The pork steamed bao buns were perfection! Not over cooked and the pork was nice and sweet yet not too too sweet. The exterior (the bun) was like a soft cloud. You can tell they were made to order. The potsticker filling was definitely delicious. Lots of flavor but my only gripe is that it was all the way deep fried, I like my potstickers to be pan fried on one side and steams on the opposite side. This was such a great lunch option and I will definitely be back for more !
