I don't think I've ever seen a place fill up as fast as Bank did at 8 am when they opened. The staff handled the guests with grace and demonstrated excellent time management. Full marks on service!

Today’s lunch at the Bank Café + Bar at the Westin Verasa was extraordinary. The food, the service, the attention to detail, the courteousness of each employee we encountered was truly the best. The manager Jeremy Tibbs was a breath of fresh air. He exudes warm, gracious hospitality and Jeremy genuinely cares for his guests. The brunch menu was fantastic. We both had the breakfast sandwich on the legendary Model bakery English muffin, and it was excellent. The scrambled eggs were soft and fluffy and perfectly cooked. Each and every ingredient on the plate was prepared with precision and skill. Breakfast can be one of the most difficult meals for a restaurant to perfect. Clearly not so at the Bank Café. The poolside ambience is lovely and very pet friendly. We cannot wait to return. As a local resident and small business owner in Napa Valley, I greatly appreciate the superb service Jeremy and his team showed us today. Thank you all for making us feel so cared for and for making our visit so special. We appreciate you all working on this Labor Day holiday weekend and doing it with a big smile and doing it flawlessly.

Good food, okay service. Beware of your bill. Every meal has a mandatory 18% service fee on food, beverage AND tax. Yes, you are required to tip on the tax amount also.

Incredible food. Horrendous service. We waited a while before anyone came over to take a drink order. Server asked if we wanted to order food at the same time, we said we needed a few minutes with the menus. She came back a few minutes later and took our food order. We waited about 35 minutes for our food, come to find out that the server didn't write our order down and sent the manager to ask what the 4th persons meal was. Food came out. Everything was delicious. Highly recommend the lobster omelette and the Chilaquiles. Server never once came back to ask how the food was. The next time she came back to the table was to drop the hill, when we were about halfway through our food. We always try to take all the factors into account, but they were not busy, maybe 3-4 tables sat during our time there.

Who doesn't have chairs available for a reservation and completely ignore guests waiting at hostess stand? Food was good but nothing outstanding about this place for the prices that they charged. Do not recommend

Hostess was rude. It wasn't even busy. Mothers Day. Didn't even say Happy Mothers Day. Took forever to get water and order. Food was fine. Took forever to get final bill. They add 18% gratuity which blows when the service was terrible. Never again.

We went with hopes of having a nice Mother's Day's brunch, I unfortunately waited to late to make reservations in the area so found that Bank had availability, now I know why. We had reservations for 11:00 didn't get seated till 11:30 , finally placed an order and an hour and half went by before the food was on our table, nobody came and checked on us , I had to go find someone to ask about our order. They weren't even that busy. Credit to them, they did comp our meal

Even with a reservation I was told there were no chairs(?) so my party could not be seated at the moment. Tried to offer us outside seating, which was uncovered and 75d outside. Hostess kept walking away to check-finally a waitress told us a table was ready and went ahead and seated us. It was Mothers Day and we thought a Westin restaurant brunch would be a lovely experience. I don't understand why they offer reservations if they do not have enough chairs to seat the guests.

We ordered food to go at the bar. No one was dining in the restaurant. Our food was mediocre. Deep fried wings, cold lobster popcorn which was greasy and chop salad with little charcuterie but plenty of cocktail onions? Lots of room for improvement.
