I was in the mood for one of their over priced but yummy sandwiches. I showed up at 6:40pm only to be told that the kitchen was closed despite the fact that their website states that they are open until 8pm. Apparently that is only for alcohol but it is impossible to know that based on their website. Waited to write this until I had patronized a different establishment without a misleading website and wasn't hangry, but turns out out I'm still really annoyed. It's pretty simple to be straightforward about your business hours and not waste people's time.

I loved this place! Cara our bartender was amazing. We had a large group and maybe a little obnoxious. But cara was SO patient with us. Took care of us with a smile! Will 100% come back because of Cara. Also the caviar was amazing

We had a fantastic lunch at Bar Lucia! It happened to be a quieter afternoon, but business was steady with a lot of locals stopping by- which I think says a lot about both the product and the service. We knew it was local business when Lauren, the Staff behind the counter knew so many by name! Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere! But let's talk food and drink: yup, the frose' is worthy of the hype. The strawberry was my favorite, but the frozen gin and tonic was really nice too- a really good balance of herbal and sweet, with a touch of mint. But I was really impressed that the bar stocked a Hendry Albarino- not usually available outside of the winery. Food was great too! My arugala salad was delicious as was my husband's roasted chicken sandwich on Model Bakery focaccia- yum! I'd suggest reservations as this is in the Oxbow Market which can get crowded.

Located in Oxbow in the corner with a cute bar and seating area. We order a strawberry and blackberry frose and they were so refreshing and sweet. The blackberry had a little tartness to it but was still great. They offer rosé flights, other slushy drinks, and snacks as well. Definitely a stop if you're in Oxbow.

Such a cute little place to grab a drink and some snacks. It's located inside (little public market) with a bunch of different places to eat and shop. My friend and I opted for the slushy drinks. I had the raspberry and she had the strawberry. Both were delicious and refreshing. All the food that came out looked good as well, so next time I'm in town, I would definitely come back here to try the food.

In busy Oxbow Public Market, there are multiple choices for places to stop for a snack and a glass. I decided to try Bar Lucia, and it was just right for a short break from walking around. I settled on a Schramsberg Blanc de Blanc and a Spinach Artichoke Dip appetizer. A spot at the side of the bar makes it easy to walk up and order instead of having to work to position yourself at the bar between sitting people. They brought my dip out to me in maybe 10 minutes. (My drink was instant.) The dip was warm and tasty (and a bit "chic" small in size in a small square ramekin), and an assortment of fresh welcome vegetable spears adorned the plate also, to snack on. The Model Bakery crostini was just right for the dip.Yes, it's kind of a noisy environment and there are people from all over the world around, but it's a nice spot to take a break.Relaxed, not rushed, extremely pleasant and knowledgeable attendants / bartenders. Oh yeah, they have Frosé too on hand if that's your thing.
Just grabbed drinks there before dinner for a work conference. The bartender was very kind and friendly. The cocktail menu was innovative and made very well!

First stop in Napa was to the Oxbow Market where I partook in a rose flight that was delicious and some of Kara's cupcakes from next to the Bar Lucia location. Would highly recommend as the service was fantastic and the outdoor eating section was great to take in the downtown scenery.

We stopped in here to try a new place for date night and it was fabulous. Excellent service, super fresh food. Salmon Crostinis, Arugula salad and BLT all spot on. We are more into brews but wonderful server gave us a sample of the Frose (frozen rose wine) and I will be back this summer for more… check it out!
