This BR is filthy and should not pass a surprise health department inspectionAfter 3 visits we will never go back. The glass countertops are caked with food stains and other grit. The containers are not clean nor are the different pieces of machinery they use. Customer service is sub par and the selection minimal.Go to the BR in Fairfield and see the difference. There they have a wonderful BR with a great selection, friendly customer service and a pristine environment which is the way it should be.Kid-friendliness: Wouldn’t bring my child here to the Napa BR because I don’t want them to get food poisoning in this continually dirty, unhealthy environment .

The employee who greeted and served us was very nice. However this store is always so dirty inside. I dont want to touch anything or sit at any of the tables because of how fithly eveything looks. My shoes stick to the floor.

I am sure the store manager did not think the store would get so very busy on a Friday night, but dang, it was bad! There were only 2 workers, one was working solely on mobile orders. We were 4th and 5th in line, so we were lucky. It only took about 10 minutes, but the gal was doing her best. But I asked for a sauce, and she literally sprinkled a tiny bit on. I asked for more and she said no. I'm not paying extra for like a tablespoon of sauce! I couldn't even taste it on the ice cream. No joke, by the time we left there were 21 people in line, and the girl was on her own to work with all of these people due to the other person focusing on mobile orders. We sat in the car to eat and watched about 5 people park, get out of the car, and turn around the second they saw the line from outside. At what point do we put the people who came in person the focus, and let the mobile orders wait? For these reasons, I wouldn't try going back myself.

I would've eaten my calories at McDonald's if I would've known my ice cream was going to be disgusting. It was my first time coming to this location, and the experience was awful. First of of all, the young man who attended us seems like he did not want to be there. He was obviously going through something because he had a bad attitude and didn't care to listen to what I wanted. For example, I said "everything but the cherry" and then he proceeded to put a cherry on top of my sundae. Another example is my boyfriend asked, "do you have waffle cups" and the young man said yes, walked away, and proceeded to scoop his ice cream in a waffle CONE. Secondly, the quality of my brownie sundae did not reach my expectations. The brownie was hard like a hockey puck, bland and dry. My plastic spoon couldn't even break apart the brownie. Furthermore, the young man scooped hot fudge like there's no tomorrow. My sundae was 90% hot fudge, 10% sundae. Every bite was just overpowering with hot fudge. I will not be coming back to this location. The energy upon arrival was definitely off putting. The ambiance in this ice cream shop did not feel welcoming. As stated, I should've just gone to McDonald's.

Not sure why this is rated 4.1 stars. I assume there has been a change in ownership. Walked in 20 minutes to closing and saw a girl sitting in the corner on her cell phone, Another person walks into the back, and a young man rushes up to us rudely, stating they are closed. Why didn’t you lock the doors then? Also, what is with their work attire? This kid was wearing pajama pants and a beanie. More people need to leave review so the owner can pay attention. I didn’t get service this evening, but based on this experience, I won’t be back.
They always have great ice cream always fresh and consistent!! Plus great staff that's always helpful!!!! It's childhood favorite and love the pink spoons and clown cones !! The new ghost pepper ice cream is so so yummy a must try !!

It's chain ice cream and the portion size as well as the prices are cheaper then local ice cream shops, which is nice. The quality might be a tad lower, but frnwkly who cares.. It is ice cream after all. Came here with my toddler and got a single scoop. Seems like to satisfy a craving for both of us. Could have gone with a double scoop, but single scoop is enough for one person for sure. Prices are here good, service is fine and the place looks clean, overall I would come back.

The tables outside are filled with dried x CD scram droppings. The inside floors and counters are filthy. It's difficult to enjoy a dessert with these appearances. No more Baskin Robbins for me at Redwood shopping center in Napa.
