My husband and I know this as the red taco truck with the grapes on it- and it is a MUST STOP. If you're reading this, I don't care if you've just eaten a meal, stop by for a shrimp taco. I promise- life. Changing. One of my favorite bites. The shrimp is so fresh and bright, well seasoned with a bit of grill char. The hot salsa is out of this world delish. Im usually a 2 taco girl, but I can eat 3 or 4 of these, not because they're small but because they're that good. I've literally never ordered anything else, because it was love at first bite with the shrimp tacos.

I ate a burrito from this place, it was asada. The meat was juicy , it was well balanced a bit big but I enjoyed it. This place felt like eating burritos in Sonora!!!!!!!! I definitely recommend the place

All I can say is YUM YUM YUM!!! $12 for a Cubana torta there are so many different Meats on there and it is so big and tastes delicious and they give you this amazing hot sauce to go with it. I wasn't even able to finish a quarter of the sandwich it's huge and it tastes amazing. Love it great find

I really enjoyed having lunch at Bistro Del Valle. I had 2 carne asada tacos and a quesabirria. The carne asada tacos were outstanding. The flavor of the meat is very delicious. I loved the fact that they fry their tortillas slightly so they don't fall apart when you are eating the taco.. As for the quesabirria, I was not too fond of it. Don't get me wrong, it was very good and I just wanted to try it. I'm not much of a cheese person, but if you are a cheese person, you would absolutely love it. The reason why I gave it 4 stars is only because they take a little long to cook the food and the lines do get pretty long. But that's not their fault. It may take a little longer, but you literally get your food right off the stove, nice and hot. I highly recommend this taco truck. They sell delicious Mexican food.
