The food was really good but service was terrible. We arrived at the right time of the reservation, they didn't have a table for us (so we had to wait until a table was free), never offered a high chair for our 2 year old and took 20 mins for a waiter to show up after we were seated.

We love coming here! The atmosphere is fun, the food is amazing and truly authentic, the bar is great. It is a busy place, so, on a Saturday night might not be the most romantic and quiet place to go but overall a unique restaurant with a pretty unique menu.

The matradee was slow and did not keep us updated as to when to be seated. We had to check-in with the two ladies three times. We had reservations at 8PM, and were not seated until 8:45PM. Long wait for reservations. Although our server was outstanding. She was throughout, pleasant and followed-up consistently. Food: Capricciosa Pizza and Fegato alla Venziana was great. Risotto all Milanese con Ossobuco was juicy, plentiful, but a bit too salty. If would have been perfect if the veal wasn't drenched in salt. There was 3 of us who tasted it, and we all agreed - the salt ruined it. Risotto which was served with it was perfect. Desserts completed the dinner. I would come back again just to try another dish. As I believe in second chances since things were 50/50.

From the minute my family and I stepped into the restaurant we were greeted by a rude hostess who seemed annoyed having to seat us. It took over 5 minutes for someone to come by and ask about drinks (we were one of three tables in the whole restaurant with people). The service was terrible all night, having to stop other waiters and busers for refills. The radicchio salad was so bitter it was inedible and the main dishes were so salty they too were inedible. The only pleasant experience we had was through ordering a drink at the bar after returning a beer that was completely flat. The bartender replaced the drink and when the tab was replaced later in the meal brought over the correct order, on the house. I would absolutely not recommend this restaurant due to horrible service and food.

The food and service at the bar where we ate was great. Especially the two bartenders who served us. They were very personable and a delight to talk with. The reason for the 3 stars rather than was the person at the front responsible for seating us. The place was empty and we as for table away from the only people in the place that were seated at the time. We were told they were saving those tables for a large group. We accepted the abrupt way she rejected our request. We spent a little over an hour eating and when we left the tables including the one we requested were still empty. Maybe more hospitality training is required here.

We had a table by the door. It was cold and noisy. The waitstaff were slow and inattentive. It took 30 minutes to open the bottle of wine we brought. Service was minimal at best. Very disappointing compared to past visits.

food is great! Service was slow but I could tell that staffing was not at its best, like anywhere else in the industry. (I am in the industry) Two things that need to be improved... The flexibility of the Chef to add or sub-items. We are in 2021, different patrons have different food restriction, they would not alter any dish, has it would not be authentic... PLEASE>>> give me a break. and put your Chef ego aside! We ate 6 dishes split into 4. we also ordered a pizza to go, for after our wine tasting... We asked to have the Proscuitto on only one side since one of us is vegetarian, and to have the double prosciutto on the other half... Well, that did not happen! then the server was part of the conversation of us ordering a pizza to go to eat in the car later... When we opened the box after wine tasting, the pizza was not cut... Seriously... Did we need to mention that to you? would that not be a smart thing to do considering we told you we were to eat in the car driving back? Common sense would have been great. anyway, the place looks great, the food is very delish, but the inflexibility of the Chef will affect business for sure... Good luck.

My girlfriend and I sat at the bar of this restaurant and really enjoyed both the atmosphere the great service and the gluten-free options in their authentic Italian presentation. We'd recommend the Burrata & veggies to start. Get a reservation or be prepared to wait at the bar. This place gets busy on Saturday night!
Some menus items like the margarita pizza and salads are delicious, others are less spectacular. Portion sizes for the pasta dishes ($28+ ) are very small and the tiramisu is greatly overpriced at $15. The arancini appetizer, $12, arrived with cold unmelted mozzarella cheese in middle. The replacement was a fail as well. Also of note, the house red wine has an odd metallic taste. Service was ok.

After booking online I hurried to the restaurant and arrived on time only to be told that they were closing and that the kitchen was going to shut down. At that time there were several tables occupied and being served. If these folks are going to pretend to offer online booking they need to honor reservations. It is only my opinion but I think that restaurants that fail to honor bookings should be removed from online services.

An a authentic dining experience in a casual atmosphere in downtown Napa. Excellent burrata and pizzas. They have a decent beer selection on tap but severely lacking any wine worthy of noting. Overall, a good dining experience. Great place for pizza and beer.

Our server was absolutely fantastic! We brought wine and she was well versed in wine service (who to ask to taste, which order to pour, etc.), which is always really appreciated by us! It's a small gesture in upping the class of the experience and I indulged in that tonight. She was attentive and helpful with our large group's gamut of questions. Food was excellent as always. Fair portions on main dishes (I dislike leftovers) and lots of fun flavors. We were at our table after closing hours and the staff were very gracious with our late occupancy. Thank you! My only, only not even issue but more of a bummer was that the burrata was super hard. Like, tougher than fresh mozzarella hard. My family is straight from Italy and my husband immigrated from there just a few years ago so they know burrata, and this was not the good, soft, creamy *fresh* burrata we've had here before. Honestly it was inedible. Sadly it was not taken off the bill after this was gently pointed out. Major bummer as really good burrata is difficult to find at restaurants! Was looking forward to this and it belly flopped. Will be back as this is one of our favorite places in the valley despite the meh burrata. Wonderfully authentic Italian cuisine by Italians!

What a great little gem! Came to Napa for a concert and decided to go to a winery first and they recommended this restaurant for dinner. They were four of us and we all ordered different entrées and all shared bites of our food with each other everything was amazing. Our waiter was knowledgeable attentive and Fun. Can't wait to return!
