My experience was friendly and Jake in the dinning room was so helpful. He went out of his way to get us some extra condiments. Asked if we needed anything else. All good with the remaining team as well. Great service.

Went here tonight and ordered 2 burgers, zucchini, and a soda. The burgers looked nothing like the menu. For 12 dollar burgers i was so disappointed. Barely any jalapeños, veggies or avocado. The worst advertisement vs what you receive ever. If i could afford a lawyer id sue. The zucchini was barely fried. Now i know why i have been in napa over 12 years and never eat here. The drive thru lady was nice but i will never return. I was so disappointed i gave away my burger.

Ok, so the manger or supervisor.... She has above her shoulder blonde hair, and has a sleeve-like tattoo on her arm. I can't name her because she wears a BLANK nametag. She has an bad attitude/approach to customers and it needs to be corrected.I ordered on the app. When I came in she has money fanned out on the front counter, who does that?! Do it in back! Told me to wait, I did, 4 minutes in fact. Finally an the young man working the dive thru came to help me. I got my food, but the burger was wrong. He politely asked to see the receipt and quickly asked the back to make the correct burger. She immediately popped in and told him "did you ring up the burger he got? Check the receipt, if that was what you rung up it's correct", to which he said that I ordered online and it clearly says exactly what I ordered. She huffed off. She came back to me a minute later and spoke to me directly "are you sure it's the wrong burger, where's your receipt, what does it say" to which I showed her the digital receipt that clearly said the entire name of the burger. She seemed very condescending.I loved the interaction with the young employee, and did not like talking to her at all. She seems short and pasaive aggressive to all the employees and customer's, from what I've seen. Hopefully she corrects and makes sure she isn't accusing customers, which IS what it felt like. This is very disappointing to me, as I've actually never had a negative incident at a Carl's Jr, EVER! Now, this wasn't a situation that was world destroying, but it was a little offputting. I would very much like to have a better interaction with her at some point later on because I LOVE Carl's Jr. Always made to order food and delicious. Love it, love it, love it.

Very Rude staff, I'm traveling and at 2:50pm I told the gentleman working the front counter that I needed the code for the restroom he replied that I have to PURCHASE before getting the code. How rude is that!!!!!!!!! Do better!

Just got a cold western bacon cheeseburger in the drive-through. Bun was stale too. Definitely was not cooked to order. Had been sitting around and not even lukewarm.

Terrible service, asked a water cup for my gf and said just water no ice, they gave me ice in the cup. I ordered a bacon guac double patty burger. As soon as I get home they gave me the wrong order just a single cheeseburger, no guac or bacon, I found out when I cut the burger in half. I had to drive all the way back and they took the burger instead of letting me keep it. They didnt give me anything else, they could’ve just gave me a free dessert or gift card or something. Terrible service and unacceptable I would give them a 0 star.

Every time I go through the drive-through they ask me to park and wait even if I’m the only one in drive thru. I than wait 10 min + every time, please note when someone goes through a drive drive-through they don’t want to park or they would have

The manager is very rude to customers, I didn't catch her name while I was in there but definitely did not wanna eat there or step foot in there, it does not take a lot to be nice

Beware of the "Bonnie"I will never understand why people, who obviously hate serving the public, take jobs like manager of a fast food restaurant. I've been going to Carl's Jr on Soscol & Imola for years, 1-2 times per week. It's an easy stop after Home Depot. I like the food, and have always found the people there to be nice.Recently, they've gotten a new manager. I've watched for weeks as she's abused and demeaned her staff. She treats customers only slightly better. Yesterday, I was standing in line, waiting to order. They were short staffed, and no one was at the counter. I had my credit card in hand, as a line formed behind me.Still waiting for the woman, who was also working drive-through to come to take my order, I asked the bleach-blond middle-aged Bonnie, lurking nearby, for the code to the bathroom. She said "No! Not until you pay! It's our new policy." She skulked away, seemingly delighted to make things just a little more difficult for a customer. Finally, the woman at the drive-through came back. I paid, and got the code. I like your restaurant, but I'm not going there again to be mistreated by a very unhappy Bonnie. I hope you get a less oger-like manager soon.
