We have been to Cordeiro's several times with our family and is a local, neighborhood favorite of ours. the service is great, but unfortuanately, the food quality has dropped since our prior visits. Our tableside Caesar salad, which we had built-up prior to arriving with our guests was soggy, over-dressed, the flat iron steak was chewy and while flavorful, was gristley. Lastly, we were so disappointed to not finish with the chocolate fondue, which was such a nice touch in previous visits. We asked if we could purchase it since we had been looking forward to it completing our dinner (it had previously been complementary), but it was unavailable. Ironically it is the first picture that comes up when you book the reservations on Yelp - you might want to take it off your pictures since it is no longer available. We all hope we were there on an off night, but worry the changes they have made will hurt their previous excellent reputation.

This was a step back in time, where you are treated as an honored guest and each course is perfection. The steaks we got were cooked perfectly to order and our waiter was attentive to all our needs without seeming to hover over the table. This was our most expensive meal on the trip, but was soooo worth it.

Exceptional dining experience! A special treat. Not only is the food but the service is apparently something they take great pride in at Cordeiros Steakhouse. Also should mention the heroics of the restaurant manager dashing across the parking lot & onto Monticello to return my wallet.

Giving two stars for service , just because we had dinner at the bar and service was very good. For the price you pay , not the best quality in my opinion, I would say is very average. Service is very poor, had a reservation for 7pm and was in the area so decided to check on the restaurant around 5pm to see if they could accommodate us (2), we were suggested to wait at the bar to see if a table would come available while having some drinks, we ended dining at the bar where we left around 8pm, we noticed several tables, that no one was seated during all night and we don’t even saw every area in the restaurant as there several different rooms, not really sure what happened here, but no one even came t check on us….

Sean was our server. He was absolutely fantastic! The entire experience was very lovely! Hospitality was on point, food was great, cocktails were lovely. I particularly loved the espresso martini and the French onion soup. Table side Caesar salad was amazing! Highly recommend it, and already talking about returning!

Love the location and small restaurant feel. Oyster Rockefeller was excellent, and Ceasar salad made at the table was wonderful. Our waiter and his assistant were fantastic. Always checking in on us. We had a bottle of Napa wine at a half price special, great cabernet from an excellent winery. Dessert was fantastic too, it was apple crisp with caramel ice cream. Yum. It was a special birthday and they remembered and did bring out the candles. nice touch. The place was busy, on a winter saturday. the bar scene is very popular with the locals and you can eat small bites.

We had a wonderful experience for dinner. The waiter was great and the choices of food were super. All four of us felt that this was a great experience. And you buy soup to nuts for the price of an entree unlike other restaurants where much is a la carte.
The surprise complimentary chocolate fondue was nice. The food was excellent and the Caesar salad was amazing. My petit fillet was perfect. Service was excellent. We're going back next week with friends!

Stellar quality with service to match, attentive without being intrusive, which many have experienced at restaurants that "try a bit too hard" Although Napa has many outstanding restaurants, Cordieros is our favorite whether it's dining in the restaurant proper or apps and or a burger at the bar. Yes, the cocktails are perfectly concocted. Celebrating my 70th birthday ??, we couldn't have made a better choice. Thank you to our waiter Jimmy, his assistant (whose name slipped my mind, sorry) & Chef Marcos for making my night out with my sweetheart both special & memorable.

Food was good but the service missed the mark this trip. I made our reservations months ago since it was Valentine’s Day and our Anniversary. We invited our nephew and his fiance to join us. We raved about this place since we’ve been there in the past and had the best time. Sadly this outing embarrassed us and we most likely will never return. We were sat in the outer exterior area, service was snail slow and our waiter Shaun was not engaged. We were never recognized for our anniversary and it seems because we did not order dessert we were dismissed. There’s more I can say but why? Overall very disappointing for $400 plus meal.

This was a special birthday celebration ? for me and my best friend Elayne (who has been my friend since the 7th grade!) and we couldn't have made a better choice to celebrate her birthday than at Cordeiro's Restaurant! The foods, wine, cocktails were all delicious, the service impeccable and the atmosphere was outstanding! We will definitely return again soon, as the fillet mignon was the best I have ever had and she enjoyed her skirt steak immensely as well! It was just an all around perfect dinner and our waiter was absolutely the best ever! Thank you Cordeiro's for being one of the best restaurants in the Napa Valley and for the wonderful experience we enjoyed there last night! We'll be seeing you again soon... Oh and by the way, I am a Native Napkin (which means that I am born and raised here in this beautiful Valley!) so I've eaten at most all of the restaurants here, and as I said, this restaurant had the absolute best fillet mignon I have ever tasted in my life!
