This is the saddest CREAM I've ever been to. I came here on Saturday night and noticed it looked really dark inside even though they were still open. I was planning to get an ice cream sandwich, but only saw two cookies in the display case. I asked if that's all they had and the worker said no, they have more in the back. I asked if we could choose two items for the sandwich and she said yes. We chose an ice cream sandwich with waffle and brownie. Then, the worker points to a sign that says they are out of a bunch of ingredients including brownie. Then we picked waffle and cookie. She says they are out of waffle. Well, it turns out they were out of everything except cookie. Why didn't she just say that from the beginning instead of letting us select item after item and then saying they don't have it? The worker was very soft spoken, barely communicated what the store had to offer, and barely spoke at all. She looked expressionless and unwelcoming to customers. We ended up buying two scoops of ice cream, strawberry and chocolate, for $4.49. The selection of ice cream was very limited as well. They didn't even offer mint chocolate chip. The ice cream was still good, but not outstanding. First of all, the store should really turn on their lights if they are open for business. I'm not sure if they are trying to save on electricity or they are hoping no customers come in so they don't have to work hard. If I hadn't already looked up their business hours, I would have thought they were closed. Second, the staff should communicate what the store has to offer, especially if they are lacking many ingredients. Third, when in the customer service business, a smile goes a long way. Major improvements needed for this store.

Today 02/05/22 I taken my family to get some ice cream at the Cream location in Napa. So we all noticed that there where only two types of cookies and nothing else. A memo was on top of the ice cream display stating that there is issues in the supply chain and thats the reason for limited supply of items. So my wife choose an item on the menu and the girl just plain out didn't understand what the order was. My wife had to point it out on the menu and this was very awkward. Then she had like attitude towards us after that point. Their options for a cup where pretty sad. My wife's cookie Sunday would not fit into anything but a plastic drink cup. The cookie that came right out of the warmer was ROCK hard. I felt pretty ripped off. The girl seemed very annoyed that she even had to work. This experience was very uncomfortable for my family and I would have to think that the manager / owner would be embarrassed if they knew how this store was being operated. I can honestly say, I will never go back. Its one thing to not have items available due to supply chain issues, but to make customers feel uncomfortable because you dont know the limited small menu and dont want to work is another. Was very disappointed in the ice cream I got. It tasted like old ice cream that had been in the freezer too long. I ended up throwing it away after a few bites. Myhusbands ice cream cone was stale. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars and not 1 is because the girl behind the counter did a good job working as quick as she could for the only employee being there!

This place has a giant padlock on the only open door, I am assuming for employee amusement. It's clean, beautiful and the ice cream is not bad. The employees wear gloves but adding topping the press the topping into the ice cream, makes me wonder if they handled money or a mop with those gloves. The music is NOT child appropriate, In scoop consumption time I heard six swear words so use caution with little, impressionable ears.

Terrible customer service. One of our party of 3 was served a double scoop and then we wanted two cookies to go. The server walked away after handing the ice cream to one of our party. The reason they walked away was a customer who had a pick up came in and the order was not ready. The was another employee on the phone who told the employee to fill the pre-order. The server started filling that order and told us we would have to wait; it was a large order. The other employee in the shop never looked up from the phone. I left payment for the part of the order on the counter and walked out. It was at that point the server looked up and shouted at us we needed to pay. The other employee on the phone pointed at the money on the counter as we left. I was stunned at the lack of courtesy and wonder if the employees get any customer service training at this place.
The case where the ice cream containers are kept was disgusting. It was caked all around the edges with dirty dried up ice cream and half the ice cream look melted down in the containers. We walked out and didn't even order anything. Sorry just looked dirty

Cute local ice cream shop. They're specialty is ice cream sandwiches which for about $5 seems to be a really great deal. Toppings are included and quick service and nice music in the place and sitting inside and out. Highly recommended.

Workers in the back while we were waiting waited for over 5 mins before someone came out. Once they came out they looked bothered that they had customers before closing. One worker was wearing her mask halfway down. We were not told ahead of time there were only cookies left so every time we ordered an item that wasn’t a cookie we were told rudely “we don’t have that!” After asking for 4 items I asked what do you have left, then we were told only cookies. It would have saved everyone time if we were told they only had cookies. The workers both looked annoyed that we were trying to decide what to choose instead, keeping in mind we were the only customer in there. No line at all and no need to be rushing us. Very poor customer service. Won’t be returning to this location.

We heard this shop was amazing from a few friends so we made sure to fit it into our vacation trip to Napa. We came in around 7:30 pm and were the only customers. There were 2 employees at the time. The guy working was nice and started making my husbands shake and he asked the girl working to come help me. I wish he hadn't. She made me feel so uncomfortable. I asked for cookies and was going to also get a shake. She was so impatient and rude that I just wanted to leave. She treated me as if I were annoying her for just being there. I decided not to get a shake. She stormed off into the back again. Really disappointed. The young man that helped my husband was sweet. I feel bed for him having to work with this person.
