I had the chicken salad the other day and it was fantastic! I like that they use both white and dark meat and the smoke flavor came through very nicely. It also had some dried cranberries, croutons, and feta cheese. I also like the rocket salad mix; not a big fan for romaine lettuce.

Consistently fantastic food! I have never had anything less than a phenomenal experience from this truck. From the personable service, to the quality of food that they serve. Not to mention the variety of flavor profiles that not just offer, but absolutely nail!

Just had the most amazing Smokey Chicken Verde Tostada salad! Wow! My new favorite! My friend had the chicken mozzarella sandwich. Equally succulent! Neither of us could finish! Can't believe I haven't found this stellar food truck before!!! What a great menu! I'll be using them for my next dinner party! So good!! Bravo, Kevin!

For the time being, they're at Clinton and Soscol in Napa Friday and Saturday, i'm guessing due to business closures down where they usually set up shop by the airport. I had the chicken mozzarella sandwich and it was fantastic and big. Very friendly folks, I'll be back for sure.

The food served, including dessert, is fresh and homemade. I think there's a pizza stone oven inside the truck, wow!

This truck stopped by my work the other day (close to Napa Airport) and I ordered the arugula salad which had large fresh figs, goat cheese, walnuts (best walnuts I've had..what were they?) and I added chicken. Delicious and filling! When I brought it back to work my coworkers saw it and left to get one for themselves because it looked so good. I've also had the chicken mozzarella sandwich on other occasions and it too was incredible. You can tell this truck uses fresh, local and quality ingredients.

I only recently started sampling their menu and have only tried their vegetarian options (bowls & sandwiches)... and they have all been WOW! The quality (ingredients, flavor, way it's prepared -- everything!) is through the roof! Their menu is short and changes each week (only a few things are static), but it was love at first bite and EVERY week since I've gone back for more... and every week has been just as yummy and gratifying! They're location also changes and they're only by our office on Thursday's, but they (very quickly) have become a regular weekly work-lunch treat.

Crossroad Chicken took my wedding to the next level. Very convenient. So many items to choose from. Provided me a concise service agreement. Showed up to a rehearsal to answer any questions and find out the best way to set up the buffett. At the time of the wedding he was prompt and the servers were great. The food was amazing. Im still getting compliments about it. I would recommend Crossroad Chicken for anyone looking for catering. Its high quality, delicious and the price was great.

I mean seriously.... he has a WOOD FIRED OVEN in his food truck! Does it get better than that? Kevin always builds yummy sammies and bowls and the chicken is so tender and yummy every time! Kevin also catered my rehearsal dinner and every one raved about how good the food was AND he is such a pleasure to work with! We are very lucky to have him in Napa!
