Is this business still open? I made a reservation in advance via open table and went at 1pm on 4/6. I was surprised to see the place was still locked and no one answered the phone neither.
Great service, yummy dishes. Definitely on the pricier side for dim sum/chinese food, but worth it when you're in the mood for yummy eats.

We were enjoying a weekend wine tasting and were staying down at the Meritage Spa & Resort about 9 min from Empress M. We ordered to-go and had a drink at the bar while waited. The staff were super friendly and food came out before we finished our refreshments. A local patron was paying her bill and said this was the best Chinese food in town. There was a nice patio, both covered and uncovered. The dining room looked inviting as well. We enjoyed potstickers, sesame chicken, crispy walnut shrimp, beef short ribs and chicken chow mein. It was all delicious. Parking is limited around the building but there was a sign that read additional parking next door at the tire shop.

This place has blown my mind on how good the food tastes. The chef is a top chef from China, no doubt about it. I'm Chinese and a foodie. I can't say I've ever tasted anything so authentic before in the US. What a gem! Can't wait to go back. We had the hot and sour soup, chicken wings, cucumber salad, combo dim sum, Yangzhou fried rice w/shrimp, beef chow fun and sea bass.

Just out boppin around with my old pal Crossbow Kickinstick lookin for a place to eat that we've never been to, and then we realized we've been to every single restaurant in Napa.So we decided to go to Old Lady Clambanger's place out by Silverado, and as we passed by the Empress M Chinese Restaurant we looked at each other and said you ever been there?Well, we found a place...and what a great place too. The food was simply Amazing! It's the best Chinese food north of the Golden Gate.5 stars all day long. ☆☆☆☆☆

My husband called the night before Valentine's Day and was lucky to get a reservation for 3! Our reservation was at 5:30pm but we ended up arriving @5:00pm and they took us in! We ordered the dumpling sampler, chow mein, hot and sour soup, calamari, more dumplings & Mongolian beef! The whole bill cost $183 including tip. The calamari is probably the best dish ive had so far. Some of the foods we had were salty but we let it pass and took the rest home. It's a beautiful dining area & super family friendly. Highly recommend this place for a late night family dinner. The only downside is that it's hidden in the back of the car dealerships and the parking is extremely limited.

The Empress M provided catering services for our Rotary Club. I received nothing but good feedback from our 20 members. The food was excellent and the service was great. I was particularly pleased with Hal, who showed great attention to detail and wanted to make sure everyone was satisfied.

Terrible food and terrible service. Despite making a reservation for 6:45 pm, our meal didn't arrive until 8 pm. The waitress attributed the delay to a busy service, but the restaurant wasn't fully occupied, and only a few tables were being served. Additionally, the Mongolian beef was excessively salty, adding to our overall dissatisfaction
Half the staff was missing and there was no bartender. We asked when reserving if we should preorder the duck and were told that wasn’t necessary only to be told they were out of Duck when we ordered. We had an early reservation for 5:30. The food was good but the disappointment was high.Our waitress Dale was wonderful and did everything she could make our meal enjoyable.

We ordered a large order from Empress M over the weekend at my job. Everything was extremely tasty but the Peking duck was the only item I was able to catch a photo of and honestly, it deserved its own photo anyways. Sooooooooo good! This is only my second time having this dish and I will order it again and again.

I had initially tried this place when they first opened which unfortunately wasn't up to par as expected when you're getting the hang of things. I finally decided to give it another go and it was amazing! I had the woodear mushroom salad which was ridiculously delicious and had the shrimp wonton soup which was also tasty. Probably could have used another flavor or too in there but I added the chili oil which was all I needed. Their natural lemonade was perfectly tarte and our server was really attentive and nice. Haven't had such sweet service in a while so this was notable. Thanks!

Placed on-line order for Xmas Eve, they charged Credit Card; I got confirmation of pick up time, got there and place closed up tight ... no idea what the happened, but obviously they are not dependable or competent.
