We arrived late afternoon, not too busy. The fries came out cold, they agreed to replace them. The next one wasn't much better. If you go there ask for hot fries. Also, if you like your hamburger extremely well done, this is the place for you.

Loved this spot, stopped while cruising through Napa valley. You can’t go wrong with Gott’s. My sister recommended it and it was 5/5 all around. Maybe my favorite spot of the whole trip. The burgers and onion rings were fantastic.

Food was good, but the service was not. I ordered a burger and shake for lunch. I waited 15 minutes to get paged that my food was ready, but only the burger was ready. I was told I'd get paged again when the shake was ready. I ate my burger, waiting another 15 mins until I saw a shake on the counter (never got paged).I asked if that was my shake and showed the pager, they then reached into a freezer under the counter and grabbed my shake.I don't know when it was ready, but this all would have gone much more smoothly if they just gave me my order all at once.

My wife loved the garlic fries. I thought the burger was Grey grizzle! Ice cream is similar to McDonalds. Order took forever. I'm fine if I never return.

First time having Gotts birthday dinner, my son said let's go to Gotts my treat. Menu was great food looked good. Of course I didn't get my burger spent $107 for dinner and my burger wasn't what I ordered. Hopefully next time it will be right. Still good tho even tho I spent $14 for a basic burger no cheese lol.

This is my favorite spot for a burger and beer. The food is original and selections outside of the burgers are great too. I could live off the green pepper cheese burger with garlic / sweet potato fries (if I'm feelin froggy then both)
On my most recent visit to the Napa area for business, I decided to hang around for a bit and explore since I was already there. It was a nice sunny day and after walking for a while, we were starving. There are a lot of food options in and near downtown Napa but we ultimately decided on Gott's Roadside. You stand in line until it's your turn where a cashier takes your order & payment. We opted for a couple of beers on draft. They were cold and delicious. For food, we ordered the Crispy Chicken Teriyaki burger and the Texas burger. The burgers were healthy in size and extremely delicious. You can tell this is high quality meat and far above your typical burger joint. For sides, we had a couple of orders of French fries, onion rings and a special queso/chip dish they've got going on currently. I'm glad we ordered this because the cheese was very rich, warm and thick. Highly recommended. The service was great and so was the food. Pricing is on the higher side but what isn't these days. I'm glad we chose Gott's as our lunch spot and will definitely be back in the future.
