Parents/Caretakers - this place is for you! Animals (Jack the donkey, Gertrude the goat, and Wrangler and Bolt, the mini horses were my son's favorites), exceptional wine, and changing tables (with wipes) in the restrooms. Hoopes is hands down the absolute best place to visit in Napa. Lyvia is an extraordinary host and Lindsay and her team thought through every detail to ensure guests have a special experience. My in-laws, husband, 20 month old son, and I could have stayed there all day .... there's truly something for all age groups. And the wine! The rose will surprise you especially if you aren't a rose drinker (trust me, it will make you one) and the Oakville Cab is our new favorite. Even in the rain we had a fantastic time. Go support!

What a gem! I’m not typically a Rose fan, but we bought a bottle after really enjoying it to my surprise! Truly enjoyed our afternoon here.

We stayed very well.We were welcomed by a very nice girl who conveyed the philosophy of the winery. In addition to the cellar, the structure also houses a small area used for breeding (ponies, goats, etc.) and was much appreciated by our child. Fairly large selection of wines. the Chardonnay and Syrah 2018 are very good.as clearly indicated on the site, the tasting is not subject to payment but I think it is perhaps a little excessive to necessarily have to purchase two bottles for each guest. tip: if bottles are opened, it would be nice to be able to offer some snacks to accompany them... local cheeses or something that can enhance the wine even more. However, the possibility of having a picnic with food brought from outside is excellent.overall great experience but slightly pricey.

This is the spot is perfect for families and animal lovers. This place hosts a quaint animal sanctuary and incredible views of the vineyard. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Special shout-out to Livia who let us talk her ear off and educated my husband and I on the local wines, also shout-out to Denise who educated us in the animals in the property. We loved the wine but came back primarily for the adorable animals and 5 star service. Tastings are on the house when you buy 2 bottles (per person) however, we had no problem doing that as the Rosé was perfectly refreshing on the 80 degree weather day we arrived, and the Cab Sauv is crowd pleaser. Thank you Livia and Denise for making our time here one of our highlights on our anniversary trip. We will be back!

Be warned, I came here thinking I would leave with one bottle or two. I ended up buying a case. The wine is awesome. The vineyard is beautiful and there are plenty of things for the kids to do.

I would rate 6 stars if I could! This place has a really cool environment, with almost every farm animal! Who knew a pony could become best friends with my daughter? Anyway, the service was friendly and fast. Our waiter (Brian) was really nice and he was really enthusiastic, which was a great plus to the already amazing winery. The wine was really good, and so was the bread and tomatoes served with it. It was a really entertaining winery, the best we've had on this trip to Napa.

Outstanding family owned Vineyard that also operates as an animal sanctuary.

Great service. Beautiful place. They have farm animals and you can also go and pick tomatoes. We all had a great time (kids and adults). The service was awesome. The guy helping us was funny, knowledgeable and personable. The wine was also good. We will definitely go back!

Wow! The Oasis is a hidden gem here in Napa, and we highly recommend you add this place on your list of must-visit wineries ??I first visited back in 2006/7 when it was Hopper Creek, and this place has been transformed ? The grounds are beautiful, the garden is growing, and their animal sanctuary is incredible!Love that this place is family friendly but also very much an elevated experience for couples and others who want a bit of peace and quiet to soak up the experience. We bought a few bottles of our favorites and also got the variety tasting pack with 4 mini-bottles to take some of everything home. The art, swag, and decor blew us away, so we also got a few of those too ?Can't wait to come back again on our next visit! Ya'll are inspiring ?

Great wines in a relaxed atmosphere surrounded by farm animals which you can feed (if that's your drift) + it's kid friendly! Would absolutely come back. Try their reserve wines - you won't be disappointed. Their rose was pretty dang good but we ended up with a few bottles of the reserve cab which was great.

Wonderful place to experience Napa with a family. The adults in our party relaxed in the laid back atmosphere, enjoying tasty wine and friendly host, while the kids in our group roamed around and interacted with the animals, and the host provided activities to help keep them entertained. Thanks for a great afternoon!
