I was here at 4 AM with no car on the drive-thru took 4 minutes for the person to take my order plus another 6 minutes to get my food they asked me to go to spot number 1 to wait for my food.. The person taking my order asked me 4 times for my order, bad customer service.

Worst place in Napa , because of cold food, no gloves being worn, I watched one employee handle money and then go back and start handling food I watched one employee take garbage out not even change their gloves or wash their hands and go start handling food. There's a health and safety issue with the food here because of unsafe handling and e coli issues I'm making a complaint to the state department next about this place . Also the guy that took everyone's order was wearing inappropriate clothing not a uniform and every guy that he talked to he was trying to get a date with a man. When I declined his proposition at the window where I paid money for food with no one else in front of me he told me to go around and wait in the front. It took 12 and 1/2 minutes for the girl to come outside with the food. My order wasn't correct I had to go back through the drive-thru because lobby was closed. And then waste more gas because there was cars in line that's when I witnessed him propositioning other guys for a date. This guy had tattoos all up and down his hands he was wearing really tight blue women's pants with thong underwear sticking up really high showing his stomach. I said I was going to complain to the management and he told me good. Beware regular people you do not want to go here if this guy is working here. He's bad for everyone.

Warning regular people this place really needs to be closed by the health department. I went to Jack in The box yesterday morning at 12:30 a.m. no one was in line I get to order through the menu with their speaker system I placed my order go up to the window and right off the bat I see that people aren't wearing gloves handling money going back and forth from money to food taking garbage out and then go and handling food with the same gloves on they dropped my money on the ground the man that worked there I took offense to he was propositioning men in the Drive-Thru for a date when I declined because I am not a homosexual, he told me that I need to go to the front of the restaurant wait. I waited 12 minutes this was not okay, my order wasn't correct the food was cold and the hamburger buns smelled like urine. The lobby was closed so I had to go back through the drive-thru and then there was a line of cars when I got up there to complain the guy said so.

"Jose" working at the drive thru at jack in the box on imola was okay, I GUESS. You guys need to work on your headsets for the drive thru because this man could NOT understand me. Every time I said "lettuce" he thought I said "butter". BUTTER?? That's not even close to what I said. On top of that I've heard he's not very nice to your customers, I had to say thank you about 6 times before I got a thank you. My FAMILY came here a couple nights before with "Jose" working the drive thru, and they were so rude to them. You gotta fix his attitude and your headsets. Very disappointing.
